Just now, I woke up, and I realized that my Car was illegally parked, and had been since I feel asleep hours ago.

Now, I know better.

Ok, what weird circumstance was so strong that it woke me and had me running out the house into my car?

Turned on radio.

There is an Alternative rock station in my area, actually I credit my "awakening" to them just as much as any other.

They know, or someone at that organization knows what they're doing.. Just a hunch.

Anyways,

So yesterday I was coming home from a sat gig and stopped at the grocery store…

I left my LIGhts ON!

so naturally my battery was dead. (i have been doing that alot lately- analysis at the end)

So i tried to find a few people to help me jump it as i didnt have any cables on me. MOst people were in a hurry or thot they had cables then didn't or just didn't have any.

I felt like I should be getting annoyed- this is the kind of situation one gets annoyed in!

But I didn't, I was chillin. The sun had broke thru the clouds and I was like ahhhhhh. Then I looked up and saw a hawk and a crow going at it…right over the parking lot. And early that day I saw two hawks fighting in the sky and then divebombing each other to take it to the ground- soo dope.

Hawk is my most prominent spirit animal. (Isis, yall!)

Anyway finally saw this lady who had jumper cables and time and came over to help. It took a while so we were shooting the shit. we had a lot in common including that we both had our dash boards all decked out with prettys from nature. I told her that even though this was a hassle- its all good, i just saw a hawk and crow fight right up above us.

She was like omg, crow is my spirit animal!

I told her Im a hawk and we had a great laugh.

It turned out the battery was totally dead and I had to call AAA to bring me a new one.

Everything from Baroque Master (Bach) to modern gems like Tool, and anything in between. Music is universal, and even when a malignant force attempts to bend music to its malicious will, the truth has a tendency to SHINE through.

Let me give you an example,

Beyonce - Halo.

Beyonce is the last "artist" one might expect to find enlightenment from, and to be sure ..much of her work must be carefully dissected to find their true intentions. Then on the other hand she has songs like Halo.

Really? That’s all it’s going to do? Observe and report storm systems coming in to improve lead time, warnings & preparation?

Geostationary. What’s that mean? In a fixed spot on the earth. But it’s in orbit so what does geostationary mean in the context of something being in orbit?

I mean, sure it’s interesting to see storms coming in far in advance. And Of course it is good to have warnings so people can prep. But this sounds much like the UN reports. Lots of reporting, no fixing

If geoengineering is possible, why could this satellite not operate to turn storms aside from populated areas? If it is capable of such, and does not do so, or actually directs the storms toward populated areas, doesn’t it make the whole business anti humanity?

Maybe I am overly paranoid but the official story sounds weak to me.

The ground penetrating radar part is interesting. Might be a much stronger surveillance sat. especially with regarding to it's Geostationary orbit.

We've had a lot of weather "anomalies". This may be an attempt at controlling for them or lessening them. The GOES R also observes the sun and has real-time mapping of lightning.

Also for the record, we have been told that it is Mike Cottrell's job to re-fund the treasury. Which he will do, once we get a go. So no one goes until Mike has completed his job. Last year on January 20, 2017, President Trump took his Oath of Office.

An Office in the Territorial Government is a Public Trust.

Trusts do not become law for a year and a day.

His Office, his Trust, would have become law on January 21st of this year— but that didn’t happen, because Chuck Schummer contrived to shut down the government for three days at precisely the critical time.

This is called “breaking the continuity of the evidence”.

As a result, nothing that President Trump did during his entire first year in Office, all the laws and Executive Orders and Directives he signed—- technically didn’t cure.

Now, either he did this to himself because he wanted to void out mistakes made during the first year of His Presidency, or, far more likely, the Dems saw their opportunity to “win” by technicality and are scheming to invalidate everything he has done and everything he will do this next year and after—-just by sitting back and not telling him that his Office never cured.

These are very devious, very skillful, very evil men he is dealing with, people who have been trained in the black arts and ecclesiastical law. He truly is contesting with Evil in High Places, so it is important that the “Good Witches” and “White Hats” surround him and educate and warn him and protect him, just as I am doing by writing this memo today.

To counteract this, he has to re-take his Oath of Office, re-do the things he wants to stick— re-sign legislation, re-issue Executive Orders, etc.—and begin the whole timeline over again, being sure that his Office cures and is not interrupted by any more chicanery for a year and a day.

THEY JUST BROKE THE ABUSIVE U.S. TAX SYSTEM WITH THE NEW INCOME TAX LAW (H.R. 1 – Dec. 2017)

The new federal personal income tax law, H.R. 1, – that was just enacted into law by Congress in December 2017, and already made effective as of January 1st, 2018, has the immediate legal effect of:

1. completely disemboweling and destroying the I.R.S.’ current personal income tax collection and enforcement practices and operations, by removing them entirely and completely from all legitimate constitutional authority to act to enforce the direct taxation of income under the 16th Amendment, as practiced for the last 60 years;

2. strips the federal Department of Justice naked in the courtroom of all of its illegitimate constitutional arguments that have been made in the courtroom for the last 60 years, to sustain the federal court’s (both district and tax courts’) erroneous enforcement of a direct and unapportioned tax upon the income of We the American People under alleged authority of the 16th Amendment; and

3. completely exposes the federal judiciary’s unlawful enforcement of the federal personal income tax under the 16th Amendment over the last 60 years of American history, as nothing but a complete and total judicially committed fraud that plainly and clearly can now be seen as the true judicial conspiracy of sedition that it is,

FACT: For the last 60 years the IRS has been issuing income tax collection correspondence to Americans asserting that American citizens owe the payment of an income tax on their work, because of the adoption of the 16th Amendment. This claim to legal authority is all over their website; it is in their “frivolous Arguments” propaganda publications, where they repeatedly assert the income taxing authority under the 16th Amendment, and label as frivolous any reference made to the limitations on the taxing powers imposed under Article I of the Constitution; and, it is in the pleadings made on the record of the court by the United States as a plaintiff, in every tax case prosecuted in the federal courts in the last 30 years.

FACT: The Department of Justice attorneys argue in every single income tax case prosecuted in the federal courts, that the income tax is owed by the individual defendant as a function of the 16th Amendment alone, without use or need of any “applicability” of the authorized indirect Article I, Section 8, impost, duty and excise taxing powers.

FACT: For the last 60 years the federal courts have been wrongfully allowing and upholding the constitutionally prohibited, and therefore unconstitutional, direct taxation of the alleged gross income of the American People, created as a function of all of their labors and work, as a direct tax without apportionment, under alleged authority conferred under the 16th Amendment to tax “… income, from whatever source derived, without apportionment, and without regard to any census or enumeration. ”

FACT: The 16th Amendment has no enabling enforcement clause in it, that would constitutionally authorizes the U.S. Congress to write any law to enforce any power alleged newly created or authorized under authority of the Amendment alone.

FACT: There are Amendments to the Constitution, both before and after the 16th Amendment, that do have and clearly contain an enabling enforcement clause within them, irrefutably proving the absence within the Amendment, of such alleged grant of any new enforceable power, is intentional.
