Really? That’s all it’s going to do? Observe and report storm systems coming in to improve lead time, warnings & preparation?
Geostationary. What’s that mean? In a fixed spot on the earth. But it’s in orbit so what does geostationary mean in the context of something being in orbit?
I mean, sure it’s interesting to see storms coming in far in advance. And Of course it is good to have warnings so people can prep. But this sounds much like the UN reports. Lots of reporting, no fixing
If geoengineering is possible, why could this satellite not operate to turn storms aside from populated areas? If it is capable of such, and does not do so, or actually directs the storms toward populated areas, doesn’t it make the whole business anti humanity?
Maybe I am overly paranoid but the official story sounds weak to me.
