This technique is, by nature, much more dangerous than simply mediating or lucid dreaming especially when attempted by a novice without supervision. Short of finding a guide (and you can go that route if you choose), the next best strategy is to understand clearly (by virtue of having READ) what you are doing before you jump in the water. Be warned.

What metal or substance would bind with fluoride that is safe to ingest to flush the fluoride out of your pineal gland? Or could a high enough vibration or frequency directed at it make it disintegrate or vaporize it without hurting you? Or combine both ideas.
