Water scares me a lot too but in this dream it was a safer place than the alternative.
It was very interesting though, because it was very scary to trust that I would be able to breathe under water if I tried it, but luckily I was able to, but I went back again later once or twice, and the first breath was just as scary each time, because I was worried it wouldn't work. But once it did work it was actually really peaceful and blissful. Being able to breath and float around under water without worrying about oxygen, and swim wherever.

Not so fantastic. I feel less depressed than yesterday, but still kinda ugh. I might trip later. I know I said I was gonna take months off or w/e, but I was honestly just freaking out due to anxiety
It will be like a day before my 2 week mark, but I might be doing an extraction on Delsym which takes a couple days anyway. If not and I end up doing it tonight, oh well. I would rather trip now than to feel depressed.
I hear its a withdrawal effect to feel depressed, but considering I didn't feel this way for a good week, I doubt that's what's causing it. I feel like its just my depression acting up again cause it comes and goes in cycles. DXM really helps me feel less depressed for a good while though
I don't necessarily notice any problems that DXM would cause, so w/e. Like I've said there is always a risk and things can go wrong, but generally speaking 1-2 times a month is ok. And by doing it now it still follows my plan.
I go to therapy the 10th of next month so I'd rather trip and feel better for a while now than to wait and suffer. Once I get in to that, I feel like things will start to shape themselves up
