However, I don't bring this up for us to have a one-sided conversation on an under budgeted cartoon. I bring it up because it presents a solution to the problem of We, as people, knowing things that we, as characters, couldn't possibly know and vice versa.
The solution being that Momonga, the spooky skeleton guy, was transported to the world he was in from a virtual reality mmorpg. He doesn't have the first idea on how to actually fight, see his fight with Clementine, and is only able to survive his adventures in the beginning due to his extremely high level.

I love doubles, but I haven't quite got in to it yet this gen. Zard Y outclasses Torkoal in every way. But considering VGC this year bans megas, torkoal is your best bet.
Torkoal gets lava plume, so if you have some kind of flash fire mon, its a thought to abuse that and get burns on your opponents. Its also slow as fuck so it functions perfectly in TR. Its defensive too, so it can last decently long if you play your cards right
Pokemon for TR? Thats kinda a tough one. Bronzong is normally great, but under sun would suck. Idk I just tried looking it up to no avail
I would suggest alolowak though. Super slow, hits like a truck especially under sun. Also gets lrod, which basically cockblocks Tapu CokeFiend to Hell and back. It also gets Bonemerang which breaks sashes, and Perish Song is fantastic utility it has access to
Oh yeah. If you can get a Chandelure, that's basically the best TR setter for sun you can get

3.5 is my usual go to since I know it best, but it is very rules heavy, even keeping it to base core.
