You all know the concept; the mopey goth, the uptight intellectual honor student, the tough as nails cop, the sultry and seductive lonely housewife, etc. What’s your favorite archetype as a ler or lee (or both)?
My tale is an odd one. For many many years my preference was actually the dumb as bricks bimbo popular in a lot of 80’s-90’s media. Just the idea of a pretty, sexy but dumb as shit girl who could easily be fooled into getting tied down and tickled and then due to lack of total brain power, the sensory overload of tickle torture would shut down the conscious side of her brain and she’d just be running on autopilot as a blithering and drooling hysterical mess.
But then the third wave feminists came along and obliterated that from most all media sources as its demeaning and insulting even though stupid male archetypes still exist more than ever and are the butt of jokes so why can’t it work both ways?
Ironically this created a secondary favorite ticklee archetype…overly entitled SJW feminist cunts. I just have this fantasy of having one tied down being tickled and testing the resolve to their cause. They all start off screaming about rape culture and the patriarchy but eventually all that goes out the window as they just end up begging and pleading for mercy.

Generally I think my favorites cases are when it's a tough, serious or stoic woman getting tickled: Student Council President, Disciplinary Commitee Chairwoman, Female CEOs/Executives, Female Knights/Warriors/Adventurers, Female Spy/Soldier/Policewoman and of course Magical Girls or Sentai Heroines like the ever present "Pink Ranger" archetype.
Basically, the less likely the person seems to laugh on their own or the more authoritative/dominant they are otherwise, the more appealing it is to see them in a submissive and vulnerable situation.
For ticklers just about anything is fine, but I particularly enjoy setups where a kid or a group of kids tickles a teenager or adult. The classic babysitter/teacher scenario. Seems pretty common in western written tickle stories, but it seems surprisingly uncommon in western artwork and particularly rare in anything Japanese.

My favorite scenario is probably a tough, stoic woman interrogating someone who's trying to resist as much as they can but they're clearly way too ticklish to hold in their laughter. The tough wrestler or warrior archetype as lees always amused me. Their usually proud or powerful so tickling being able to make them submit is just delicious.
