Definitely the closeup on her meaty soles. Probably the focus on the ball of the foot and that nice little wrinkle on the arches too. Her unamused expression also really adds a feeling of "I wonder what kind of face she'd make if I tickled her feet." I think that's about it.

Nice. I tend to prefer slender feet myself, but the expression is quite nice. It's that middle of the road between annoyed and almost defiant while still offering her soles so you can indulge that really makes me want to push her buttons. A nice footrub could be quite disarming, you could also show her some love by pampering them and maybe she'll find herself enjoying it more than she expected, or you could risk getting kicked by teasingly tickling those soft soles and seeing her expression crumble into a cute blushy smile… Very nice pic, yeah.

One of my favorite things is when the Lee hates their feet, or hates being barefoot. Exposing their feet when they would rather never have them out is so cruel and hot, let alone subjecting them to a complete and utter focus on them via tickling. It's both a tickle nightmare and psychologically damning, and so good at breaking the poor thing.
