So today I tracked down the comic book and tickling scene that's been lost from me for few decades and which I blame for sparking my love for interrogation scenarios. It's comic book The Astonishing Adventures of Captain Ketchup: Kidnapped, though in my homeland Finland I knew it as Kapteeni Kippola seikkailee: Prinssin ryöstö. I just recently remembered it's name and finally bothered to order it from local library's storage to borrow it to see if my tickling scene nostalgia holds up.
It's been around 20 years since I last saw this and as usually with these things, I remembered the art being much better. Still, I thought I'd share this for scholarly reasons, and to feel that trip to the library was worth something.
For brief context, the woman being tickled is a nanny, who was kidnapped together with a prince she's taking care of. She sent the prince adrift in the sea in a saucepan, which protagonists happened to find with a plea letter from the nanny. The crew discovered bad guy's castle island (by accident, this plot really doesn't try much) and stumbled inside while nanny is being interrogated for location of the prince.
There's nothing much substantial to translate here (though I can do it if someone really wants), good guys get spooked by "terrible laughter" and are appalled because those miscreants are tickling her soles.

I don't think Tickle Abuse was allowed to film anything, only the people from her show did. I'm amazed she did it for five minutes though, that's way longer than necessary to get footage for the show and she was really going crazy when her armpits got tickled.
