You're looking for a right series of combinations. I managed to autism my way through to beat it, but apparently all three girls have two post scenes. I was able to get the second scene for the first girl but have no idea what needs to be done for the second/third ones.
Screenshots I'm posting are the proper combinations for the first girl to get the first post-scene and move on to girl 2. As far as I can tell, the yellow one is irrelevant; only the top two matter.
Each girl has two phases to go through. So the first two screenshots are for phase 1 and the second ones are for phase two.

Probably one of 2 things happened.
1. File names got butchered as it usually happens when extracting game files on a system not set up properly for extracting them. (Download WinRAR and change locale to Japanese before opening and extracting things)
2. Machine translation sometimes messes up the requests for certain things if they are stored in the text tables by translating them to English while the original file name remains in Japanese and causes the game to not find them.
I'm too tired to look into this now, but I'll take a crack at it in the near future.

Tested it, the game works fine if it's installed right.
Set the right locale in windows (in my case I ticked the worldwide option in locale settings)
Extract the game using WinRar with the right settings (Press ctrl + E and choose Japanese before extracting files)
The game should work now.
