Baronstrap is as of this moment the most skilled animator into tickling I know of. Look him up on Twitter; he's done a few more animations starring tickling, alongside BDSM and foot fetishism. He's shown an inclination towards tickling which will keep him working on such works.

Yeah I mean it’s a very minor gripe, but ironically his foot renders are among the worst I’ve ever seen apart from those Japanese MMD CG tickling clips. He should get some new renders from like NecDaz or just full on collaborate with him…it would be friggin amazing.

Really, the voice acting gets me. Seems like he only uses one lady, who uses the stiffest, unnatural laughs I've ever heard.

I really want to like his work because it's something tickling related that actually has high production values but I'm really turned off by how all the ticklees spasm like they're having a seizure. That and the unnatural voice acting unfortunately tend to kill the immersion and sexiness for me.

Baronstrap is normie tier at best, and has no understanding how tickling works.
Everything that came after the 2B animation is even worse. Check out the Jinx/Akali one and prepare for some nightmare fuel faces, and terrible voice acting.

Beggars can't be choosers my friend, it's already rare enough to even have this kind of quality in an tickle animation! And you can see that he enjoys doing, even with all the criticism from normies that just want to see some faceless dude fucking some random anime girl! Sure, the faces can be weird sometimes, in this Jynx/Akali one I really agree with you, but it's difficult for models that where never supposed to be used in this context not look weird sometimes, 3D animation almost always goes to the Weird Valley after all! The 2B one has a very good animation, but the voice acting is a little hit or miss for me, the last one, the Tifa one, had some weird faces but some great voice acting! I think I nut to every one of them, just not the succubus short one and the Jinx/Akali one, that Jinx still hunts my nightmares XD
Overall it's still a very reliable source of good stuff and for free

So what do you folks think makes a high quality tickle animation? The pose? The expressions? The voice work? More motion? Less?
I like making them in SFM but I'm never satisfied with them. I've been watching hours of tickle videos for reference but not sure if it can translate all that well.

there's a lot to criticize about Baronstrap's work i think but the one thing he gets that i don't ever see with other animators is the skin reacting to the tickling, stuff like the hands on 2b's thighs and tummy. the second i saw that I knew it was something worth praising even though the voice work and models/faces leave something to be desired sometimes. That type of stuff gets me diamonds every single time.
other than that the things i usually look out for in good animations are, like others have mentioned, proper reactions to stimulation that isn't just spastic jerking, good voice work (though i'm in the minority when i saw it's not necessary for me to get off to it.).
rather than constant jerking or shaking i like it when it looks like there's a reasonable attempt to get away from the sensation, stuff like straining, really emphasized/swaying to one side or another, a fluid transition between poses that expose other spots when trying to stop a sensation at a specific one.

It varies, but I think a detail that really elevates some animations for me is variety and fluidity in the characters' facial expressions. If a character has just one static open-mouthed face bobbing up and down on loop during an entire video it might as well be a quick gif. If there's a change in tempo or if the ler moves from one specific tickle spot to another I like when there's more of a reaction than the lee just bouncing slightly faster.
