man i got so many scenarios/fantasies but i think some of the more unique ones are:

I had this incredibly autistic idea for a story about a girl that finds out she's a hybrid descendant of a race of ancient psychic vampires that feed on the strong emotions of humans (I think that sort of came from Dr. Sleep, the Stephen King thing, so I better point it out before someone calls me out on it). They've been around forever and they have strict rules about never mating with humans, but her vampiress mother fell in love with a man and hid her away after she was born, eloping from her little "pack" in the process. She was supposed to live her life like a normal human without ever realizing her true nature (aside from thinking herself an empath because she's really good at sensing other's emotions due to her being part vampire), but an old flame of her mother's tracks her down, mistaking the two due to their similar appearances, and upon realizing what she is, blames her for her mother's dissapearance and, instead of disposing of her, decides to kidnap her and keep her to himself. He then begins feeding on her through, you'll never see this one coming, tickling.
It's the perfect way they've found to feed: tickling torture can create emotions that are way more intense than normal ones and, unlike regular torture, that "spends" (read, eventually kills) humans, can keep going for as long as a human stays well fed, and due to it creating almost purely mental anguish, it's very susceptible to the trickery of other of their psychic vampire abilities, which can affect it and cause it to never lose it's effectiveness, become more intense than normal, cause either dread or pleasure on the ticklee, etc. Plus it usually creates a complex mixture of "flavors", ranging from fear, to surprise, confusion, anger and even sometimes pleasure, even without manipulation (which is a fairly rare ability among their kind), and goes well with more typical sexually deviant antics that can also heigthen the experience.
But here's the thing, our main protagonist girl is no normal human, and through explaining her true nature to her and forcing a truckload of mixed emotions into her in a very short period of time, her kidnapper brings about a sort of "awakening". As she's being tickle tortured and fed on, she realizes she can also feed off her own out of control emotions, the bizarre ability only hybrids have and was the cause of them being banned in the first place, essentially gaining a crazy (and momentary) power up, allowing her to overpower her kidnapper and escape. And the story goes on from there: she sets out to try and find her mother, lets a close friend in on her secret (and starts a weird relationship with her in which she can feed to become momentarily powerful by either letting herself be tickle tortured by her friend or directly feeding off her by overpowering her herself), discovers she can use a type of mind control that stems from the vampires' ability to subtly manipulate a human's emotion's (something she's particularly talented at), struggles to decide what to do with her powers (How much can she take advantage of of her abilties? Is she supposed to become a superhero now? that sort of thing), becomes briefly addicted to the high of tickle torturing humans, and all the while she's being hunted down by other vampires that are trying to get rid of her before she can unlock her true potential.
And all of this I scrapped because coming up with ideas is easy, actually writing, is hard.
