1. I think patreon pulled him down due to the 'non-con' nature of his works and the fact there were other, more sexuall stuff than tickling
2. I don't think so, but I hope somebody will prove me wrong, as his art was top tier

It's been a pretty long while, but i hope he comes back. I know it sucks to have that happen, but it's no reason to give up completely. There's other ways to sell your stuff than patreon.
