It's a game with a lot of fanservice, makes sense that their clothes would be revealing. Crop tops and sleeveless shirts aren't that rare in real life either, and I don't think the majority of people immediately think about tickling when they see someone's armpits or navel.

I don't disagree, I love it when characters wear clothing that leaves ticklish spots exposed. It's just that I doubt the artist really thought that much about tickling when he designed their outfits.
