No. That's just an amateur movie thing in general. None of the people in starring in or working on these kinds of movies are professionals. At best they're enthusiasts or aspiring actors/directors/editors, etc.
Frankly, I've seen far worse incompetence than either of these movies.

I mean credit where credit is due. These people do give it a good run, but I guess I would love to see a little bit of a more professional style of movie made where tickling is the focus. But I do commend these people on their attempt. It might not be Oscar worthy but it's what we got.
