Not for deadbeats, no. They do have a report system but "I didn't get my reward" is not one of the selectable options.
Patreon, like most companies, only deletes stuff to cover their asses from getting sued or PR bombed (basically illegal content+copyright+hate stuff that might trigger a cancel mob if they found it), they give absolutely zero fucks if you scam your subs.
