but yes, Aboriginal culture (as much as it fascinates me) is technically not tiki culture.
Tiki culture is Polynesian, and sometimes includes Micronesian and Melanesian.
Fijians for example have both been called Polynesian and Melanesian :^)
Maori are Polynesian, they'd fit in.
You Australian mahu are lucky with your warm winters though.
Where I am, the winters are cold and lonely.
