Let's discuss the Tifa Breast Reduction Theory. Think it's legit?
Personally, I do believe it's intentional on the part of Square, seeing as they removed Lulu from FFX-2 replacing her with a flat character, reduced Lara Croft's bust, and have since primarily produced small-chested female characters.

In general, it looks like her proportions have been getting better, quality-wise.
Though, there is a weird disparity between AC and KH2, where in KH2 her proportion is worse AND her breast size appears smaller. Just going off the pictures though. In Dissidia her breasts are most definitely fuller, compared to KH2.
