Hey all! Working on a D12 based urban fantasy system here, based on the SCP foundation, players will be basically field agents. I'm a historian and my buddies are a computer scientist and a graphic designer, we're fucking boomers in our 30's so screw you, this is slow and we're doing this for fun because fandom.

If you have any ideas for skills or whatnot, please do add to this. We would really want this to be done - and we chose D12 because it divides by 2,3,4 and 6 so it's fractal. Working on combat description now, it's gonna be somewhat like ORE, but yeah. Do post ideas. I've got folks who're interested in publishing this in book form, we'd be happy to make this real.
We're also filthy eastern europeans from Latvia. And this is our little thing. That's why namefagging.

Do you have, like, an email I could send autistic ramblings on game design or world building to? And by that, I just mean how the game would play or function on a player level and how'd they'd experience the foundation. I've been getting a lot more into game design recently, and this would be a great way to work those muscles so to speak. It's called RPC.
But yeah OP if you want imageboard autists to play your game you'd better distance it from SCP. It's generally regarded as having gone to utter shit, not only politically but also in terms of writing quality. Practically speaking it might be best to just make up your own setting, but on the other hand it might be difficult for you to make up a thousand well-written anomalies all on your own. Fortunately, sites like SCP and RPC are creative commons, meaning that you can shamelessly rip-off their better entries without fear of legal reprisal.
