Hmm, so essentially we started with this big pile of 400xp Adepts, Clerics, Scum, and Guardsmen stat sheets that had been pre-generated out of some template engine (or maybe by hand, Failer is crazy like that).
Mechanics-wise, there was this whole system where we're rolling and RPing in an attempt to give THEM xp to spend, but that sort of fell apart and was scrapped in favor of just manually giving them Guardsman Starting Talents and Advances, regardless of what their path said they should get. So they all got Basic Weapon Training (Las), a rank of Sound Constitution, Common Lore Guard+War, a few stat increases, and by the end of things Jaded.
Really, just take a basic 400pt character, and then add like 500-800pts of Guardsman stuff. From there I guess you have to decide which Path to stick with, but either way should be amusing.

Sarge did get a Rosette from Ivana. So her original team might be working for Oak who issued the dummy Rosette knowing it wouldn't get verified on the Conspiracy home world (or add to deniability about connections to Oak). But since Ivana was taken away by the same team it could be a Conspiracy Rosette who know it'd never get checked seriously.
Also the Occurrence Border Daemon produces smoky wings, not feather ones. (Unless I' forgetting a time he did manifest physical feather wings. Most I remember is the Daemon-nid having it's regular insect wings before they got shot off). I don't know too much about Daemon possession but the black feather wings just seem more par for the course especially with the probable involvement of a certain birdfucker. Also they dealt with this one in record time.
Also, just had a thought Both The Bitch. Banes along with Ivana were taken away by the Inquisition and wound up agents of the Conspiracy. What if this is some ploy to get the AGP into contact with the Conspiracy, who'll presumably do their thing and completely wipe it out with nothing but Las fire and Det packs? I got a question for Only War in General. For the drawbacks in Hammer of The Emperor one, the table says Scarred by Loss is 4 points, but the section describing Scarred by Loss says it is 2 points. Which one is it?

The AGP will get hauled back to inquisitor court, tried, and- while not executed on the spot- stripped of their inquisitorial duties and put in a penal battalion as punishment. They'll hold the line again and again until they're ordered to charge a fortified enemy position to soften it up for more valuable soldiers. Doc, Twitch, Nubby, Tink, Sarge, and the rest of the battalion will die off one by one in a hopeless battle on a forgotten planet. Their records will be expunged from all Imperial archives, with only a weebshit Tau cartoon remaining as proof of their existence.
