Trans but not on HRT since.. since anything.

Been on Marvelon for two months, like one pill per day or two

my breasts growed slightly, pretty small slightly (basically none), but yesterday morning I milked,

why's that, this isn't HRT, birth control pills should do nothing, as acting as placebo, how come placebo is now affecting my breasts?

This ain't the board for this, but taking a quick look, Marvelon is a combined contraceptive pill that's intended for women to control their menstrual cycle by forcing their hormone levels to be 'out of whack' from what it'd naturally be, by way of introducing an oestrogen and a progestogen, similar to hormones released from the ovaries.

It's not a placebo, functionally for you it's pretty much the exact same thing as whatever you'd be taking for HRT, which if you have low testosterone otherwise, you're going to have femenization effects.

As for why your breasts are leaking that liquid, you're going to want to look into that elsewhere where discussions about the whole process happens, though I vaugely remember that it's semi-common but still something you should look into.

yoooooo ok so a lot of birth control works by simulating the conditions of pregnancy to cause the body to develop a mucus plug in the cervix. It turns out that the conditions of pregnancy are increased estrogen and progesterone , which is exactly what Marvelon. On regular estrogen, you wouldnt be lactating, but you probly also wouldnt be growing tits this fast. As a trans girl, i recommend you keep up this regime until you get something proper, and if you have any more questions, find some trans people to ask. Good luck!!
