It's not, it's hideous. Tenda ruined it with terrible execution. You can tell he spent a lot of time on it but many of the errors should have been spotted at the sketch stage. Let's look at the women in the centre for a start. The more I look at it the more errors pop out at me.

shading extremely poorly done here plus anatomical errors, her head is rotated to the side but yet her neck muscles aren't following

too long in proportion to her torso (Tenda always does this), hang in a weird, gangling fashion
