No, no GCC for TempleOS. It's really not supposed to duplicate what you can do in Linux. If it truns into another Linux… now, you have a crappy Linux. It's supposed to be new and different. It's wrong-headed to import things into it.
It has a complete development environment that is tightly integrated into the system, with graphics resources. It's kind-of a toy, like a Commodore 64.
