What is a reason that processor gets very hot in a few seconds after computer start? Processor damaged? Motherboard damaged? Short circuit?

It`s too hot for touch it.

There is no system installed even.

Please don`t tell about dust, thermal paste etc.

Fan begins turbo speed and laptop turns off after about 2 minutes.

In past laptop was hot at working, trackpoint melted.
