 No.16329 [View All]

After Soylo tanked at the box office there's now a second script written for Ep 9.

>Starts 5 years later, Rey has turned the Galaxy against Kylo and the opening scene is his last stand.

>She takes him to Jedi temple at capital planet which has a secret dark temple below. She asks Kylo to join him, he realizes Snoke was a spirit who possesses people and is now possessing Rey. Why wrinkly guy from 8&9 didnt matter just a body. Rey is nobody, all her powers came from Snoke.

>Kylo escapes and much of the movie is a "fugitive chase" film. Luke's ghost helps him, revealing failure to be Kylos most important lesson.

>Phasma is back, leads fleet with Rey's lover Poe against her, amends with Finn.

>Final battle on Vader's castle world. Kylo led by awesome concept of Vader/Anakin ghost who changes based on shade/light. Learns "the balance". Forges Vader and blue Anakin/Luke sabres into one. Fights Rey until she has the power to purge Snoke from love for him. Rebuild grey Jedi order, establish galactic order with no central rule. Sets stage for whatever stories they want to tell next.

>Execs want Billy Dee back for a great cameo i wont spoil but nothing is negotiated. Will include specific "i don't roll that way" hetero comment.

>My only issue for Breha Organ the second is that would make Leia and Han be horrible parents for two kids.

Well again, Luke never guessed she was evil and thought Kylo killed her along with all the other Padawans, Kylo thought Luke killed her first (because how did you not notice my evil sister, who introduced me to this shady Snoke fella, was EVIL!) and dubbed most of the Padawans to be his "Knights of Ren" when they left Luke's shitty Jedi camp.

Luke tells Leia and Han that Kylo must have killed everyone else, and while Han at least knew his daughter was the eviler of the twins he wouldn't suspect she faked her own disintegration.

Thus the Rebellion heroes Ben killed his sister, Kylo thinks Luke did it, Snoke had no reason to tell him otherwise, while Breha lurks in the shadows and waits to exact her REVENGE on all of them.

The fact of it is Han was closer to Breha and Leia to Ben, which made it easier for each sibling to kill their respective parent.

Certainly would explain why he would act out of character. For what ever reason though I think they are going to bring Luke back with force teleportation or time travel or something stupid like that.

It would amuse me greatly if the made the girl twin the evil one. Really the entire Jedi camp just up and fucking off on what suppose to be Luke's "greatest failure" is whoa-fully under explained. Not that, that movie didn't have enough issues, but damn you can't even gauge his supposed "failure". Imagine finding out he had like 2-3 students.

Well I don't know if they'd ever go for it, but it does give her a reason to hate Rey SO much.

He definitely had more, Kylo's "Knight of Ren" are rumored to have been recruited from the training temple.

The idea is Luke fanboy'ed so hard over the old Jedi Order that the ascetic monk lifestyle he insisted on alienated most of the students he had gathered.

Thus when Kylo bugged out, he ended up not killing all that many Padawans, as most were sympathetic to Ben and perfectly willing to hear out his "Knights of Ren" idea.

I figured he'd learn of his Sister's survival from another "Knight of Ren" who wasn't even aware they were dubbed such, a (shameless self-insert) Slicer know as "Digits" who was constantly sneaking off-world and had provided Breha a lift that night, inadvertently giving her a way out.

Digits is caught stealing supplies from the First Order for the Rebellion, surprised Ben is saving him from execution instead of murdering him as the stories would suggest.

>How would they get from that to this?

How did they get from Ep.VII to VIII? I can see elements of this leak being real (not that last line, though) out of nothing more than sheer panic on Disney's end.

They might even go as far as making it clear in-universe that this is an alternate dimension to Legends (ala JJ Trek), then test the waters with a Legends movie, which, if successful, will lead to the present "Canon" being quietly forgotten about (or maybe even explicity eliminated via time travel) and Legends being rebranded "The Legend of Star Wars" or something.

Iger and KK have driven a once money printing franchise to an almost total collapse.

It seems like the kikes got too overconfident and pushed their degeneracy and idiocy to the final degree, maybe they just wanted to crash it all with no survivors.

In any case, only the most retarded of shareholders is going to let this continue.

There is NO chance in hell that jew jew and kk can, or even want to, deliver anything that isn't worth less than a bantha turd and finally the shareholders of yidney are seeing it too.

The Mystery Box is a Load of pretension and drivel, here is why: To the author, there isn't a mystery, there is no box, it's simply white space in the narrative.

I say white space, because the idea is like drawing, where white space (or negative space) is used to give the illusion of the full picture of a subject, where in reality there isn't anything there. an example, is Fromsoft's games (the guys who did Demon/Dark Souls) which are heavy into this treatment, so they don't need to push so much time and money into providing a needlessly theatrical experience. Granted, video games and movies are a vastly different experience, but since both involve stories, the principle is identical.

The Mystery Box is the equivalent of that stupid art-award-winning exhibit that only got recognition because it was an empty room with the lights being turned on and off, the art of the mystery box is behind the scenes and something the viewer will never experience.

That is why the mystery box is stupid.

>To the author, there isn't a mystery, there is no box, it's simply white space in the narrative.

I'd say it's worse than simple white space in the narrative, it's a narrative that's outright uncompleted.

Narrative white space is at least useful to occupy information gaps that are otherwise not important to the narrative.

It's the inverse of conservation of detail; The un-elaborated parts in a story our minds are assumed to naturally fill-in on their own in order to focus attention on the given narrative.

The Mystery Box is just an exploit of this mental mechanic, using it to keep stringing along the viewer with what COULD be but not actually having anywhere to go with the narrative.

I can sum it up even easier. A mystery box is a fancy word for a setup. The problem is no payoff built into it, so its bound to fail. Simple storytelling logic abused for lazy writers pretending to reinvent the wheel.

They took 6 succesful movies everyone knew the stories and characters off and didn't continue their stories and universe in a logical pattern.

I mean, if you look at it as a continuation of the Star Wars-movies story arc, nothing makes sense, none of it matters, there's no noteworthy planets, it's all rehashes of the imagery of the older movies. They really fucked up because they obviously had no fucking plan heading into the continuation of the saga.

> They really fucked up because they obviously had no fucking plan heading into the continuation of the saga.

Even Rian Johnson himself admitted that there were no plans or a developed lore in place past TFA. It was all just mindless mystery box nonsense. The movies are not only trash, but the games are unimaginative and greedy lootbox scams and the Marvel comics are no better than the usual Marvel virtue signalling tripe with an SW sheen except they toned it down from a 9 to an 8 and had some interesting ideas that would've been used better by Dark Horse, like the comics focusing somewhat on the PT period, like the Vader comic (but that only works because there was barely anything that ever covered that period in the old canon). Hell, IDW recently got the rights to make SW comics and most of them are just shitty movie tie-ins that focus on crap characters like Rey, Poe, Finn and Rose, yet strangely enough, the comics that aren't based around those hacks (which sadly they are obligated to do stories for thanks to Marvel/Disney) are surprisingly good and campy, minus all the fighting censorship due to it being aimed at kids and the fact that they censored Amaiza's bodacious outfit (yeah, I said bodacious. Wanna fight about it?).
