Yeah it's like that video posted by OP. To me the random shit displayed on an LCD screen in the background of a random scene isn't proof that STD reverted the changes made to the old Enterprise. There were a lot of grammatical mistakes on the infographics in the first season, one that I remember the most was the "end simultation" (pic).
The canadian guy is way too optimistic regarding STD.

Most Trek YouTubers are pretty garbage. Most of them will just talk about some clickbaity thing and some are just dull.
Trekspertise is probably the best one out there, though they do defend Discovery a lot (I'm waiting for more seasons to come up with an opinion), but there are other stupid channels.
Lore Reloaded wasn't great, but that channel became a garbage fire. EC Henry is ok for some videos, but it's overall boring.
