There are better targets to remove first.
SLMC, gor, people with child avis, roasties with their statue mannequin poses.
Furries actually seem to cause the least amount of problems compared to the groups above. I'd say the worst, most prevalent are gor and SLMC.

basically it's a bootleg open source version of SL, like what 8chan is to 4chan
it allows you to host your own region/grid and have complete control over it and bridge them to other people's regions/grids if you want to, and it has some pretty good LSL functions added to it

opensim probably has more bots than SL since you can instantly create any number of bots you want with the ossl npc functions, they can even clone other avatars.
unlike sl where you have to go through the trouble of making an seperate account and spending time making outfits.
last time i was on the osgrid and went to the main regions, at least half of the people on the map where npc bots

The OpenSim NPCs do not count into user statistics. At least not into the once i posted, those are from hypegridbusiness, which directly collects them from grids. It's users that logged in with a grid account within a month.
But there is for sure a higher percentage of alts in OpenSim, i have 3 accounts myself on 3 different grids, because you can just copy your shit from one grid to another. But i just logged in with one in the past month, so i guess i count as one.
In SL you have to buy your shit again and invest money to look decent on an alt.

If you own a sim you can use the NPC functions to copy a persons appearance. So you can make an NPC that looks exactly like that person and you can make it do whatever you want. And there is no need to keep some viewer running.
