Nope. I think both times i was reported by the same dude.
Basically the first time i stole someones slave. She belonged to a dude who spent like 2k in IRL money a week on second life. We became friends and got together one night and rped on his sim.
We were both banned the next time. He helped her get back on her feet though since he has a ton of money.
2nd time my gf at the time and I ran into someone who knew him and then bam the next day we were both banned. We suspect he was paying people to report us.

If someone with a huge amount of L$ reports someone, Linden Lab will do what they say.
That's the only mistake you made. Just stay away from such people.
It's the same with most popular creators. If someone is working for one of the big guys, you better not befriend them, because when drama starts (and this is SL, so there will be drama), you have good chances of Lindens doing something that's not in your favour.

While this is good advice, the honest truth is you will eventually get banned. Engaging in ageplay in SL is just kinda a matter of time thing before someone reports you.
You got to remember how drama happy SL is. Someone can report you just cause you slighted them in some moronic way. One small example being you fucked someone's partner or whatever and they felt cheated on, so they'd report you for ageplay. Even if the initial claim isn't true, if LL looks into you, they WILL find it.
The best way to handle things is just to straight up not do it in SL. Because it only takes one moron, troll, or drama queen to report you for legit or false reasons and LL can and will ban you.
