Heads can be trickier, it's something I'm still trying to get a handle on myself (not Redo).
Catwa heads are nice, but expensive. Utilizator's Normie head is a nice step up from the default LL one and doesn't break the bank.
Another skin store a lot of people seem to swear by is 7 Deadly Skins.
