All those aspects can contribute to a good photo, though I personally find the scene in question to be the biggest factor, so I'd say the assets used. You need something to take a picture of in the first place, windlights and editing in post are the major augments to it. The viewer I wouldn't say is as important, given there's only really two choices.
And hardware I'd say is important but moreso as a point that yours is likely a goddamn toaster running on a potato battery. A GTX 7xx series would probably just explode and burn your house down the moment you turn shadows on. You're in dire need of an upgrade there.

Assets meaning just about anything you can get your hands on or find in a useful manner. Really, it all depends on the composition of the picture. If you're going for photorealism or something with a lot of light obscurity or photoshopping, then some high quality stuff is usually the way to go. So let's dial it back a bit and boil it down to what actually happened.
Around 2014 was my first time in RoE and it was because Alliance navy was written in and welcomed. Melna was in the alliance navy at the time as well. After some time AN got bored and we all kinda stopped going to RoE.
Fast forward to some time in 2017 I was now in Coercion Combine and Adonis Cobalt the leader of it decided to drunkenly run around RoE as a tusken raider and shoot at people. I wasn't involved but was caught in the blanket ban Firefox put on the group in spite. I didn't have interest in RoE at the time and didn't really mind. Especially when the bans were used as a bargain chip by Firefox in an attempt to get a hold of some of coercion's weapons.
Some months later I decide to try to visit RoE to find im still banned despite having left coercion to rejoin AN. I message melna asking why im banned and he insists I had griefed despite me never interacting with him outside of shooting him in the SLMC a few times. Seeing I could not reason with melna I instead go to firefox and ask him to explain that he had put my ban in place.
Things are largely out of my hand and I dont hear anything about it for a few months. I assume firefox never admitted or simply forgot.I file an appeal via the website. Chicago Terasaur proceeds to delete my appeal a week later once I inquire about it on the discord(I was promptly banned from the discord for simply asking about it) stating that the admin team has voted to keep the ban in place.
A month later I register my alt 'julietdeltabravo' with the display name DC-87/c to Roe. I roleplay there without hitch for a good 2 weeks until I had the drunken misfortune of wearing a gun that I made on my main. Shortly after wearing the gun my alt was banned which led me to make the video in spite.
