Well, it's gonna tank your frames unless you're in a small sandbox with not much around you. So if you've got a little home up in the sky, with not a lot of assets but still looks nice, that'd be keen for good framerates.
When in game with Black Dragon, press F1. It will have a bar slide out from the right.
Make sure Deferred Rendering is on, then look at all the options.
Have your shadows - everything at around 4096, you can max it out, but that'll dip your FPS pretty low if you're not on a 1080 or something for a GPU.
Add a -little- bit of chromatic abberation, 2-3 is fine.
Depth of Field.. Experiment with it, really. There's no perfect setting for it since it varies so much.
Ambient Occlusion can stay the same as default.
Volumetric Lighting can stay off, it usually looks pretty lame unless you're doing environmental shots.
