Looks like shit, I'm nice though so i'll tell you why so you can fix it.

First off, that fucking pose is boken as hell, your shoulders are popped right out of the sockets.

That makeup is disgusting, literally horrible, It looks like a fucking clown did your makeup.

The boots, swimsuit, and gloves are all boring and looks completely untextured.

Your glossy skin is way too fucking high it's nasty, it look like youve never showered and are just oily as fuck.

I don't think the problem is that you're going with a white leather/latex look, it's that it looks as if you simply set the textures on the swimsuit/boots/et all to white and called it a day. Leather especially has texture to it, even white leather.

I'm a fan of the oiled up look, but that doesn't just mean cranking up the gloss on your body, a custom spec map could go a long way towards making that look a lot hotter. Of course, if you can't make one yourself or find someone who can, what can you do? Right? Maybe tone it down on the face a bit.

Tit size...eh, whatever works for you. Some people like obnoxiously large tits, some don't. Like the oiled up look that's more a matter of preference.

With the makeup I'd maybe go for white or yellow, on both the eyes and lips, to match the bows and collar. Alternately, switch the bows and collar from yellow to blue.

The gloves are the only leather part, the rest is just latex and the "bikini" is a lingerie that I had to make white to clear out a texture issue so it's pretty much just cloth. As for before I definitely agreed with the breasts and downsized them.

From arm to leg it's leather cloth and latex respectively. Not much I can do about that though.

Most of the time the oil on the face does not really collide that much, so I don't think it's worth worrying about but I will turn it down a tad. I suppose though a blue look on the collar and bows will work, though I've no ability to change the makeup.

there is a lot going on here... skeletons and bunnies and demons oh my. pick one look and stick to it, no need to add so many accessories at once. it makes you cluttered. mixing patterns is one of the basic NOs for making a good outfit. I would lose the skeleton middle. but if you don't really want to compromise on that, the bunny socks need to go. switch them out for some black or white plain OTKs at the very least, or if you like the busy look, then match your sleeves with gray and black stripes. there is no reason to have 3 sets of wings, I would lose the ankle bits entirely. shoes are fine, if a little distracting with the white laces but take or leave it.

metalface looks terrible on anime avs, it's less cool metallic accessories and more 'fine black pimples' since nobody really looks at your av that closely but you. there is no gold anywhere else on your avatar so I would go for plain horns instead

having an anime avatar is about simplifying, and not over-complicating things. the whole idea of anime is that it's a cartoon-- they are pared down iterations of regular humans. if you want to include that realistic level detail, go for a human avatar.

The textures depend on which face you're working with and the materials go into the Normal and Specular options in the texture menu. The Riku has multiple faces that are pulling from different texture files.
