There's not much for /fit/ girls, if you want customizability and compatibility with LL skins then you should get one of the big 3 mesh bodies. Those can only have muscles from normal maps / texture though. I'd recommend belleza freya since it's still the one with most definition, also the lite version is the cheapest out of belleza/maitreya/slink at 1800 (maitreya is ~2700 and slink is ~1250 but hand and feet need to be bought extra)

mesh bodies work like this: You hide the regular LL avatar with an alpha layer then wear a mesh object ( a 3d model made outside of SL) to replace it.
Currently there's 3 main creators that make mesh bodies for females that people make clothes and skins for:
-Belleza (Their bodies are called Venus, Isis and Freya, Freya is on the thicc side from what I've seen most popular)
- Slink (Slink Physique hourglass for a normal / skinny bodytype, Slink Physique Hourglass for a more voluptous shape)
- Maitreya (Maitreya Lara, it has the largest selection of clothes avilable to it, the rigging around the shoulder area fucking sucks though)
Now, if you want muscles you can either get one of those bodies and slap a tattoo layer with abs / muscles on or wear a skin that has them built in (pink fuel has one skin like that, its included in the zip above) OR you get a body that muscles / abs modelled into actual geometry of the body. The only one that does this afaik is the one I posted.
A few caveats: Belleza/Slink/Maitreya bodies are no mod, so if you want to apply a skin texture to them you need to use an applier (an object with a script in it that sends the texture to the scripts in the body). If you are used to simply adding textures to objects by editing the object then this might be confusing at first because you need edit some notecards or scripts (all of the 3 mesh body makers I mentioned offer free dev kits next to the body).
If you don't make your own textures then you can simply buy a skin that has an applier for the mesh body, wear it and click on it to apply the skin.
The "demon queen avatar" does not use the LL uv map, so you wont be able to use skins with it, and its geometry and rigging is different from the standard LL body, so you wont be able to use clothes with it either.
Additionally to mesh bodies, many use a mesh head nowadays too, which works just like mesh bodies, except for the head. Slink Visage, LOGO and Catwa are popular choices for that.
Your shape (the SL shape object) will affect the Belleza/Maitreya/Slink bodies just as it would affect your standard LL body, but it won't affect the "demon queen avatar" as much, since that one isn't fitmesh, meaning it is only affect by sliders that affect the length of the bones of the SL skeleton (height for example)

Actually, if you want a muscular body, most of the muscular bodies out there are moddable.
VS does a few options for muscular mesh bodies. They also set up their bodies to be modular, so you can mix and match bodyparts.
Makes finding clothing that fits a bit more difficult, tho.
::dev:: used to have a decent fitmesh body that you could tone the muscles down on to about what you were looking for.
~Manoua's Muscles~ was working on a fitmesh body, too, but I don't know if they ever released it. From what I saw it looked to be close to what you were looking for, and all their previous releases were copy/mod, too.
Of course, since most of SL doesn't want a muscular female body, clothing is tricky to find. If you're good with modding, you can make it work, but it takes some effort.

Fair enough, but looking for a muscular body means a limited selection available, and ::dev:: used to have a fitmesh av that wasn't in their typical HULK SMASH proportions. (Texture and materials impact how muscular a body looks as well, combining a less muscular model with the right textures/materials can give it that slim "Bruce Lee" kinda muscular look, combining a more muscular body with softer texture/materials can get something closer to the reference pictures the Resident linked to.
The Manoua body looked like the best contender for what the Resident was looking for, but it still hadn't been released last I looked. That was more than a year ago now so I figured it was worth mentioning.
