i've talked to some patrons about this and while everyone would love public sex it can get kind of weird. if its public roleplay everyone feels obligated to shut up their conversations/switch their conversation to act like they are paying attention. If its a couple of para roleplayers then that can go on for literal hours, which is hella fun for the people doing the fucking, not so much for the people 'watching' and will eventually leave.
Miel's wasn't especially cringe worthy, atleast not intentionally. It was funny the exact moment she asked for a volunteer everyone shift to another room due to something else going on.

Roleplaying is always awkward to observe imo.
There's a reason why open roleplaying groups will be added shortly to the sl2discord bot.
Public poseballing used to be common, I used to do it all the time. The old big room cabin on the hill was very suited for that.
You'd have people sitting near each other on the chairs and you'd have people fucking on the rugs with enough lebensraum between.
There used to be tons of lewd but it seemed to have died down some ever since the treehouse became a thing. Granted, i am not sure since I don't come around no more because I don't lewd anymore except the waifu.
The tree house was too cramped in my opinion when i was there though.
If you guys still have the tree house i would recommend switching the scenery.

For fun? To express sexy ideas? Not everything written has to be perfect quality. Do you expect everything you write to be top tier? Because if you do, lemme tell you right now, you're failing horribly. So am I, of course, as we all are most of the time. But an idea doesn't have to be perfectly written to make it worthy of expressing. It would help, and striving to increase one's writing quality is a worthy exercise to pursue, but it's not necessary or even possible to write everything perfectly.
Poseballing is a nice framework, but it can absolutely fun and worth it to fill in the details with para RP.

I should add that as a non-native English speaker, it para-rp can be quite frustrating, and it must be even worse for the partner, for waiting for 15 minutes to revive 2 or 3 lines, and still subject to grammatical errors.
Of course, it has non-natives with decent English, it depends on each person. The only solution to this problem is to git gud at English. But I still prefer 10X more to poseball with some dirty talk than para-rp.
