Well, her exterior may be mass produced, but internally she's got some pretty high mil-spec parts; and this is in future sci-fi land where mil-spec means actually good. So I'd say the butthole durability is probably quite high; she does however get regular maintenance as well so perhaps her ass does wear out often due to all the punishment she puts it through, but it doesn't matter too much because she'll just get a replacement.

Kurutan is definitely the person I'd suspect of keeping around some not-tokos; possbly even the 16^2 bodies, though the way Motoko and Kurutan phrase that, it seems to suggest that they had braincases inside them and were essentially kidnapped, rather than being empty. But I can't say for sure.
As for Batou, no. Batou doesn't come across as the kind of guy to do that. He'd probably think it a bit creepy.
Also we're making the assumption that Motoko meant a female body like her old one, rather than just a female body in general.
