There was a single volume manga by the Dorohedoro mangaka. There is also a anthology manga.

Dorohedoro is made by Hayashida Q, while the RWBY manga was made by Shirow Miwa, who also made "DOGS: Stray dogs howling in the dark" and its sequel, "DOGS: Bullets & carnage". By the way, does anybody know if they are any good, and how's the anthology manga?

You're right. I don't read either Dorohedoro or DOGS, but I'm also not sure how I mixed them up.

The Yu-Gi-Oh creator is Kazuki Takahashi, and the new RWBY manga is by Bunta Kinami. Nice job outing yourself as a retard though.

Well shit, I didn't read the actual article because it's (((Anime News Network))). I just read the url, which makes it sound like he's the one making the new rwby manga. Disregard me, I suck cocks

Doing these for myself.
Requires BournShell, Graphicmagick, FFMPEG.
Needs an optimized loop.
$MAX_IMAGE_FILESIZE=`gm identify %s`
$Bitrate=`ceil(500k, $MAX_IMAGE_FILESIZE)`
$MAX_DIMENSIONS=`gm identify -format \"%wx%h,\" +{.png,.jpg,.gif}`
$NUMBER_OF_FRAMES=$(ls +{.png,.jpg,.gif} + 2 )
$BD=`gm convert -size $MAX_DIMENSIONS "xc=#000" $($NUMBER_OF_FRAMES - 1).jpg
ffmpeg -framerate 1 -i %2d.jpg -b:v $Bitrate -c:v libx264 -t $NUMBER_OF_FRAMES -vf "format=yuv420p,fps=1,scale=min(iw*$(sed 's/[x]*$//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS))/ih\,$(sed 's/[x]*//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS)):min($(sed 's/[x]*$//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS)\,ih*$(sed 's/[x]*//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS)/iw),pad=$(sed 's/[x]*//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS):$(sed 's/[x]*$//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS):($(sed 's/[x]*//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS)-iw)/2:($(sed 's/[x]*$//' $MAX_DIMENSIONS)-ih)/2" -tune stillimage -preset veryslow -r 1 output.mp4

I think I could just do one `gm identify` loop on all images, then separate the results to an 2D array, so then I could calculate $MAX_IMAGE_FILESIZE, $MAX_DIMENSIONS, & $Bitrate. $NUMBER_OF_FRAMES would be a sizeofarray()+2, and $BD should just commanded once $NUMBER_OF_FRAMES was calculated. There's a lot to optimize.
Reusing sed seems too much an overhaul than just creating variables.

And the tweet under it from the official account making the manga
> This is canon. Mr. Miles suggested this idea to mangaka and he accepted it officially when we submitted this storyboard.
