While I don't believe in destiny, I'm pretty skeptical about free will. It seems like we don't really have many choices and are the products of our genetics, how we're raised, and the environment we grow up in. All the former seem to program us, and control our actions from womb to grave.

Not so much destiny as causality. This have been set in motion, and every choice we wake is the inevitable choice we were always going to make because we are us, at that point in time. If you put the same person in the same situation an endless number of times you would always get the same result.
