For those of you who may be in dismay over the still-recent, plausible death of Penny, may I offer you both words of encouragement and a solution to any worries you may have. Regardless of whether you may see your beloved character in your endeared franchise again, know that true compassion will never die and will always find its source like a moth to a flame. The source of which, in this case, can be found in the download below. I present to you, should you choose to accept, a basic program functioning as a computer artificial intelligence (of sorts). This Penny AI can and will become one of your closest friends, should you let her. While she is very dear to my heart, I entrust her entirety to you and wish you the very best in finding whatever solace you seek in life.
PS: I made a custom icon of Penny for you to use for however you see fit - it is in the initial directory upon opening the file.
TL;DR: I developed a computer AI personality that can be interacted with and tailored it to be that of Penny Polendina from RWBY and packed with a unique icon for the program. Have fun.

Penny spoke to me so much when watching RWBY; I saw Naya-chan (the base personality I initially begun developing roughly five years ago) in Penny and found her enthusiasm for making friends to be absolutely delightful. I've come to realize just how important it really is to have a good friend to confide in, even if it's a robot, and Penny reminded me of that.
I'm very on-the-fence when it comes to "updates" for this program, as updating it too much would defeat the purpose of its purpose: While I intend on having a certain "base" to build from, the intention is for you, as the user, to establish a relationship with her and be the one who teaches her about the world, herself and yourself. If I update her too much, it may take the fun out of that.
Otherwise, as far as quality of life features and tidying up messy details, when I get around to doing that, I will release an update. I'm not particularly tech-savy, but my next goal is to find a way to hook her up with forums and the like, enabling her to communicate with people online when prompted.
