The Shokugeki no Souma artist comes to mind. There's also artists who did hentai early in their career before being super-known, like Azuma Kiyohiko. Shirow Masamune is a pretty interesting case since he really seemed to want to draw porn in the first place but ironically got vastly more successful from having his non-h work adapted. There are also some fairly high-profile h-artists like Hisasi that have been doing LN illustrations.

What I meant was that Fumita became a regular manga artist but he should go back to doing hentai because, let's face it, we all just want to see Suzu, Carol and Tomo get fucked. And I would prefer seeing them get fucked in Fumita's penmanship.
