I'm not looking for an anime, but rather, a youtuber who used to analyse anime. He did quite a few videos on Neon Genesis Evangelion, including one titled "Understanding Evangelion" and an analysis on Asuka. He also did a review on Angel's Egg at some point and a top ten list which included Texhnolyze on it. I've tried looking him up on youtube and Google, but both proved fruitless.
Other particular elements from his videos included his obese cat (I believe it was orange), and he would drink coffee/tea.

Douchebagchocolat is who you're looking for. He's done making videos, but had a good run. The only non-pussified anime reviewer imo.
