I hope this board is the right one for this type of question. I posted on /a/ before but it got removed.
I've recently started reading manga and used nyaa and google to find them so far. Can you help me with good sources. Something like 9anime for manga, preferable for downloading. A lot of older or less known stuff on nyaa isn't seeded anymore and the sites I found via google aren't really well organized and are missing a lot.

I don't read a lot of manga so I've never used it, but apparently the go-to service is Madokami. Animebytes also has some stuff. If you know who is translating the manga, the group will often be releasing it on their own site or blog.
You shouldn't be streaming your anime, and if you do, you definitely shouldn't be posting about it.

What about scans of licensed manga?
Given the nonsense that some "translators" pull I'd never give money for one without taking a look and seeing how localized it is first, and preferably comparing to a fan translation. Some are on madokami, but plenty aren't. I hear AB has scans of licensed manga but applications are open so rarely and for such brief intervals that even actively monitoring the threads I could never submit an application.
Is there anywhere else that has them?

for licensed manga, you'll likely see them on libgen or archive org.
