There's a pornographic manga I'm trying to find about a girl who gets ejaculated on by a train molester and discovers that the semen caused small holes to appear on her thigh. Rubbing the holes and putting things inside them feels good and makes them spread. The final scenes consist of the girl apologising to somebody who walks in on her and sees her completely full of holes stuffed with household objects. The art style was a little bit like Junji Ito's.
