I don't think anime can do horror well. I think the genre leads it's self away from horror because of the animation style. The bright hair and large eyes just clash with horror as a theme.

I would like to be proven wrong so can any one recommend me some morbid or horror animes? It can be any sort of horror from body horror to mind fuck. Jump scares don't count and it needs to be more than 1 scene (i.e. Evangelion has a creepy scene when 01 goes berserk the second time but isn't scary)

If it's a mind fuck don't explain what the mind fuck is, just give a first episode summary.

There's no intrinsic "look" required for Horror. Go check out Mononoke or One Piece movie six if you want something that shows you can use cartoon styles and still be deeply unsettling. Sometimes the shock can work on it's own, and it gives it more freedom than "Everything is grimy and rusty and shit".
