I did a little research and found http://www.circlinginstitute.com/circling/what-is-circling/. Sounds rather like Nonviolent Communication, but with a strong New Age flavor. What do ratanons think of Nonviolent Communication, btw?

I've heard from former nonviolent communication cultists that it simply isn't practical as (ironically) a real means of communication on a 24/7 basis. Too many questions, too much exploration of muh feels. But it can be a useful tool to have in your toolbox.
