I think we need to change global demographics and redraw racial borders based on racial economic and scientific competence.
Obviously Nordics and Ashkenazis will get the most territories and the largest population quota which is very fair.

Humans. I'm in general strongly against centralized systems. However right now I believe we are in a global emergency. For the future of human civilization we must make sure that all the resources in Africa, Antarctica and South America are properly used or at least known to (the entire) humanity.
Foreign aid, welfare and affirmative action use up resources that should have been used in space exploration and space colonization. This needs to end.

My actual views are Social Darwinist for the sake of it. To me what is incompetent inherently does not deserve to exist and inherently deserves to be destroyed by the competent. This applies to humans vs humans. This also applies to humans vs AI.

Yeah. But I can't allow tropicals to ruin human civilizations. The main mission of my life is making sure that if AI or tropicals have to rule over the world we will get AI that treasures at least human-level rationality, philosophy and scientific knowledge. If we all kick the world slightly towards AI and away from tropicalization maybe we will get AI.

Right. I think a decentralized system works better. To get started conquests should no longer be forbidden by some shit known as "international law". That will solve the tropicalization problem within decades.
