I don't see how we can make this place more popular without shilling. Let them find their way. There are plenty of dead places online and I'm not sure a sudden increase in traffic here will have the best outcome.

Yes, the goal should be slow growth and either assimilation or rejection of each new poster. I don't want /ratanon/ overrun by MOPs, either. (Not that I think there is a significant risk of it. We just don't create anything cool enough.)

I think trying to shill on other imageboards at all would be counterproductive. Finding rationalists who already post on imageboards or could get into it would be easier and lower-risk than trying to teach random anons rationality.
