For some stupid reason I decided it's better to not read the sequences first and just lurk with the community. Now I basically know all the shit already and only a few sequences from the meme book had something new.

I'm glad you asked! This is a song by Shibayan Records, it is Garota de venda medicamento from the TOHO BOSSA NOVA 3 album. All the bossa nova albums are along the lines of this song and there are six of those albums.
A lot of touhou remix music is available from the Touhou Lossless Music Collection here http://www.tlmc.eu/2015/06/tlmc-v18-20150630_89.html although it's not up-to-date.
