REPORT: Hillary Clinton Is Telling Friends She Hasn't 'Shut The Door' On 2020
Failed 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is reportedly telling close advisers and friends that she hasn't fully "shut the door" on a 2020 presidential campaign.
CNN reports that Clinton "isn't ready to give up her Oval Office dreams."
"Clinton is telling people that she's not closing the doors to the idea of running in 2020," CNN reported Jeff Zeleny told the network Sunday morning, on "Inside Politics." "I'm told by three people that as recently as this week, she was telling people that look, given all this news from the indictments, particularly the Roger Stone indictment, she talked to several people, saying 'look, I'm not closing the doors to this.'"
Although, Zeleny added, he does not believe "that there's a campaign-in-waiting, or a plan in the works," or that Clinton is likely to throw her hat into the ring for 2020 unless there's truly a dearth of qualified Democratic candidates.
That said, according to Zeleny, the rumor is a strong one. "I think we have to at least leave our mind open to the possibility that she is still talking about it. She wants to take on Trump. Could she win a Democratic primary to do it? I don't know the answer to that."
The answer to that is likely, "no." Unlike in the two previous contests Clinton entered, she would be competing against a strong field of Democratic contenders in 2020, each hell-bent on being the Democratic choice to dethrone President Donald Trump. And while the party may still be finding its footing, deciding where, on the spectrum from progressive to moderate it wants to be while up against the Republican populist President, one thing is for certain: they're looking for fresh blood.
Several Democratic contenders, including Clinton's heir apparent, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), have approached the 2016 presidential candidate looking for help, advice, and access to the Clintons' massive fundraising network – a group of such high level donors, anyone with the Clinton blessing is likely to become the de facto front-runner. But Clinton has kept surprisingly quiet on which candidate she prefers to do the job she failed to do: unseat Donald Trump.
Clinton has regularly hinted at a third run for the nation's highest office, though her top advisers have told conflicting stories to the media. Early on, former Clinton staffers completely ruled out any possibility that Hillary would make another run in 2020, but of late, both Clinton and her close friends have been dropping hints to reporters that the door truly is not closed.
In November, two former Clinton advisers penned an op-ed virtually guaranteeing that Clinton would undertake a third presidential campaign, though the candidate distanced herself from those reports.

Italy’s Salvini Preparing Legal Action Against Migrant Ferry NGOs
Italy’s interior minister Matteo Salvini said Sunday he was gathering legal evidence against the crew of a Dutch-flagged migrant ferry as calls grow for 47 migrants to be allowed to land.
“We have concrete elements to declare that the captain and crew of the Sea Watch 3 have put the lives of those on board at risk by disobeying precise directions days ago to disembark them in the nearest port, not Italy!” Salvini said.
“The evidence will be handed to the judicial authorities,” he said, accusing captain and crew of “a crime and a clear desire to use these immigrants in a political battle”.
Salvini has refused to open the ports to the mainly sub-Saharan African migrants picked up in the Mediterranean over a week ago, saying the ship had had a chance to make port as it sailed through Libyan, Tunisian, and Maltese waters.
“The interior minister is gathering elements to evaluate whether to press charges against the entire Sea Watch crew for favouring illegal immigration,” the ministry said.
Members of parliament who had been refused permission by the ministry to board the Sea Watch 3 made their own way onto the vessel which has taken shelter from bad weather off the coast of Sicily.
“We will verify the situation on board and we continue to ask that those shipwrecked and the crew be allowed to disembark in line with international law,” left-wing member of parliament Nicola Fratoianni said.
Rights group Mediterranea said the members of parliament would be “checking the psychological and physical state” of the migrants, as well as gathering testimony of the violence they suffered in Libya.
Save the Children and other aid agencies have appealed to Italy to allow at least the 13 minors on board to land.
Salvini has insisted the Netherlands or Germany take responsibility for the vessel, which is run by the German NGO Sea Watch.
Dutch Migration Minister Mark Harbers said Saturday his country “was not obligated” to find a solution, because the Sea Watch 3 had acted “of its own initiative”.
Migrants collected by ships have frequently been left in limbo since Italy’s anti-immigration government began turning them away last summer.

Mexican Citizen Arrested with 41 Pounds of Meth in California, Says Border Patrol
U.S. Border Patrol agents seized 41 pounds of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $1.3 million during a checkpoint vehicle inspection this past Wednesday. The inspection led to the arrest of a Mexican national on charges related to drug smuggling.
Agents assigned to El Centro Station contacted a female driver of a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee at a designated immigration checkpoint. Agents referred the female, a Mexican citizen, to a secondary inspection after a K-9 alerted to the presence of an odor it has been trained to detect, according to information provided by Border Patrol officials.
During the secondary inspection, Agents discovered 41 pounds of methamphetamine concealed in the area along the wheels and in the spare tire. Smugglers wrapped the methamphetamine in 37 individual packages. Officials seized the contraband and arrested the female. Agents turned the suspected smuggler over to the custody of Drug Enforcement Administration agents, according to a CBP statement reported by local media.
The city of El Centro, California, is approximately 25 miles from the Mexican border at Mexicali and 113 miles from San Diego.
“Narcotic trafficking organizations try all types of concealment methods to import dangerous drugs into our communities,” Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez said in the statement. “Our agents’ diligence successfully thwarted this smuggling attempt, shielding our neighborhoods from this poison.”
Mexican drug cartels stepped up the production of methamphetamine. This has been reflected in the number of large seizures in Mexico within the last year as reported by Breitbart Texas. On August 16, in the municipality of Alcoyonqui, Sinaloa, members of the Mexican Navy seized 50 tons of methamphetamine. The Mexican Navy seized an additional 10 tons of methamphetamine in the state of Sinaloa. During the same month and in the tourist municipality of Ensenada, Baja California, the Mexican Army seized approximately 2,700 pounds of illicit drugs in two separate security operations. The seized drugs included a large quantity of methamphetamine. At the end of August, the Mexican Army seized four tons and a clandestine lab in Baja California Norte in Tecate, directly across the border from Jacumba Hot Springs, California.
Officials believe all three seizures, totaling approximately 130,000 pounds, belong to the Sinaloa Cartel also known as Cártel del Pacífico.

Following the announcement, a number of countries, including the United States, recognised Guaido as the interim president. The move prompted current Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro to cut off diplomatic ties with Washington.

The Red Scarves saw the light of the day in November, and began as a Facebook group set up by John Christophe Werner from the southern French region of Vaucluse. In an interview with regional newspaper Le Dauphiné Libéré, Werner said he had created the group because French “citizens are being penalised every day by the Yellow Vests’ methods”.

The Facebook group “STOP, that’s enough now” was set up by 51-year-old aeronautics engineer Laurent Soulié from the southwestern city of Toulouse in mid-December to allow “the French who’ve stayed quiet for six weeks to finally have their say”.

Man arrested on charges of trafficking 14-year-old
A Tallahassee man was arrested Friday in connection with holding a 14-year-old girl against her will and forcing her to have sex with men for money.
In November, sexually explicit photos of a juvenile were found on a website known to be used for prostitution and sex trafficking, according to court records. Tallahassee Police investigators tried to meet with the girl, but at first, she was uncooperative.

The Russian government has denied that it has sent mercenaries to protect the Venezuelan president, Nicolás Maduro, after an opposition leader with backing from the United States declared himself the country’s president.
Russia has thrown its diplomatic weight behind Maduro in recent days, criticising the US for violating Venezuela’s sovereignty by supporting the leadership claim of opposition leader Juan Guaidó.
Reports emerged earlier this week that dozens or hundreds of Russian mercenaries, who have been active in Ukraine and Syria, had been sent to protect Maduro from a possible coup attempt. The move would suggest that Russia was willing to raise the stakes to protect its investment in its closest ally in the western hemisphere.
On a political news show on Sunday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov denied that Russia had sent military personnel to the country. “Fear has a hundred eyes,” he said. He did not make a direct denial, however, because private military contractors do not work for the government.
Russia has spent billions to build up its influence in Venezuela and there are concerns that regime change could erase that investment.
The country has invested an estimated $17bn (£13bn) in cash-strapped South American nation, much of that in loans. In 2017, Russia agreed to restructure more than $3bn of Venezuelan debt and the Russian oil giant Rosneft has loaned a similar amount to PDVSA, the state-owned oil company. Rosneft also holds shares in Venezuelan oil production.
Another $3bn loan from Russia was used to buy weapons, including assault rifles, warplanes and helicopters, making Venezuela the largest operator of Russian military equipment in South America. Kalashnikov, the maker of the AK47, is building a factory in Venezuela, although its opening has been repeatedly delayed.
Estimates of how much Russia has invested in Venezuela vary. David Rozental, a researcher from the Institute of Latin America at the Russian Academy of Sciences, estimated the amount to be more than $20bn.
Vladimir Davydov, the academic director at the Institute of Latin America, said that Russia views Venezuela as its beachhead in Latin America and that the country’s large oil reserves made it a top priority for Russia. “What role will Russia play in the control of strategic resources? That is what is being decided in Venezuela,” Davydov said.
The man leading the charge has been Igor Sechin, the former military translator who now heads the Russian oil firm Rosneft. A fluent Spanish speaker, Sechin has met with Maduro regularly and has increased the Rosneft’s investment in Venezuelan oil production and its state-owned producer.
“[Sechin] knows Latin America quite well, he is very influential,” said Davydov. “He wants to maintain Rosneft’s position in Venezuela and there are different ways to do that.”
For now, Davydov and his colleagues said they did not expect Russia to involve itself militarily in the Venezuelan crisis, even in the event of American-backed intervention.
It would primarily seek a role as an intermediary, they said, as a means to project Russian power and to protect its investment.
Even in the case of a transfer of power, Russia may not stand to lose everything. “We didn’t conclude deals with [Hugo] Chávez or Maduro, we concluded deals with the parliament of Venezuela,” said Rozental, during a radio broadcast on Vesti FM this week. “In this sense, I don’t think that there’s a serious threat to Russian assets.”

House Commerce committee says it has inside knowledge of dodgy regulator antics
US telecoms regulator the FCC has been accused of colluding with companies it is supposed to oversee in order to protect a controversial decision over new 5G networks.
Chair of the House Commerce chair, Frank Pallone, has sent a letter to FCC chair Ajit Pai asking for copies of communications between the FCC and the big telcos regarding legal challenges to the regulator's 5G order, which forces local governments to charge a flat fee for installing new base stations.
In the letter [PDF], Pallone strongly implies that the committee has heard from a whistleblower.
"It has come to our attention that certain individuals at the FCC may have urged companies to challenge the order the Commission adopted in order to game the judicial lottery procedure and intimated the agency would look unfavorably towards entities that were not helpful," it reads.
In effect, the letter alleges that FCC staff – almost certainly from Pai's office – put pressure on the big telcos to challenge an order that is designed to benefit them as a way of gaming the judicial system so the case didn't end up in a court likely to overturn it.

After Oswald lost his job in Dallas, Mohrenschildt found Oswald another job in Fort Worth around October 1962. "In June, 1963, Mohrenschildt moved to Haiti. He never saw Oswald again."
Was heavily involved in testifying about the JFK event to the Warren Commission in April 1964. Left Haiti in November 1966 and returned to Dallas. "During 1967, New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison interviewed Jeanne and George de Mohrenschildt as part of Garrison's prosecution of Clay Shaw. Garrison said that both of the Mohrenschildts insisted that Oswald had been the scapegoat in the assassination of President Kennedy. Garrison concluded from his conversation with them that George de Mohrenschildt had been one of Oswald's unwitting "baby-sitters … assigned to protect or otherwise see to the general welfare of Oswald."[53]"

Thousands of National Guardsmen Have already Taken up temp residency at the Border
For almost three months, thousands of active duty U.S. military personnel—not the national guardsmen used in prior border deployments—have taken up temporary residence on the southern border. At times operating in full battledress, they have provided Customs and Border Protection (CBP) personnel with a diverse array of assistance, ranging from transportation and medical services to the deployment of concertina wire. Premised on the purported threat posed by large caravans of Central American migrants attempting to enter the United States, the deployment of these personnel was recently extended through September 2019. Until then, these troops will continue to operate at the intersection of military operations and civilian law enforcement efforts—two domains that the U.S. legal system has traditionally tried to keep separate.
Whatever policy concerns these military personnel may raise, most of their activities fit comfortably within existing statutory authorizations and therefore do not raise serious legal concerns. An important exception, however, are the “military protective activities” that Trump authorized on Nov. 20, which permit deployed servicemembers to use force if necessary to defend CBP personnel from the purported threats posed by the migrant caravans. Drafted to resemble certain practices set out in existing military guidelines, authorization of the deployment of military personnel for this purpose is a novel step that may reflect a new assertion of legal authority by the president. The Trump administration, however, has resisted providing the public with a legal justification for these activities. As a result, the full scope of this assertion—and its implications for the future scope of presidential authority—remains unclear.
Since 1878, Congress has made it a crime to intentionally use members of the Army (and later the Air Force) for the purposes of posse comitatus—a Latin phrase describing the enlistment of civilians to assist in law enforcement tasks—or to “otherwise … execute the laws,” except where expressly authorized by Congress or the Constitution. Defense Department policies extend this same basic limitation to the Navy and Marine Corps but allow for certain case-by-case exceptions. National Guard personnel, however, are not subject to this restriction when they are acting pursuant to the authority of individual state governors—a fact that likely explains the central role such forces have played in prior border deployments.
The Justice Department maintains that the primary purpose of the posse comitatus restriction is to “prohibit military personnel from directly coercing, threatening to coerce, or otherwise regulating civilians in the execution of criminal or civil laws.” Under relevant case law, efforts at civilian law enforcement generally violate this restriction where they make “direct active use” of military personnel, are “pervade[d]” by military involvement, or use military power to subject civilians to measures that are “regulatory, proscriptive or compulsory in nature.” That said, this restriction does not reach activities that military personnel pursue for military or other non-law enforcement purposes, even if those activities incidentally benefit civilian law enforcement. Hence, the posse comitatus restriction does not prohibit security measures on military bases, the off-base investigation of servicemember conduct or even duly authorized military operations within the United States, provided they are all pursued for independent military purposes."

This is not coincidence folks, this is prophecy.
Everything going on politically is a symptom of God's will to fulfill his plan, so why focus on left or right, when no matter what side we support we fall short. Should not our focus be on salvation and faith in Christ. Does nobody think what is going on today is exactly what Jesus warned us of? Pretty soon our focus will need to shift to Christ, above anything else. Above politics, race, our family and friends, etc. So get ready now. We are in the season of the times, the signs are everywhere.
And to those who doubt and mock, I hope Christ finds you, I pray for all of you. You are no less misguided than the democrats and people you do not like. One thing I have noticed from this movement is although there's not supposed to be republican vs. democrat, black vs. white and etc. there still is. Despite pledging to crack down on foreclosure scam artists three years ago, Attorney General Kamala Harris has allowed an industry of fraud to flourish.
Snippets
Calling themselves "foreclosure consultants," this army of rip-off artists set up on the internet and plastered local newspapers, especially ethnic media, with advertisements, claiming that "we can stop your foreclosure." Radio ads broadcasted on English- and Spanish-language stations promised to "halt foreclosure." Scam artists pumped their messages through late-night TV: "Obtain a loan modification to stay in your house." Sometimes scammers posed as representatives of federal housing programs, emblazoning HUD and Treasury Department seals on their deceptive websites, mailers, and brochures. One company even used a robocall system programmed with President Obama's voice announcing a phony mortgage "rescue" plan.
The problem was so bad that, in 2011, when Kamala Harris took over the California Attorney General's Office, she announced the creation of a statewide task force to tackle mortgage fraud. A big focus of the task force was supposed to be going after rescue scam artists. At a May 23 press conference that year, Harris called mortgage fraud a "top priority" for her team. "The California Department of Justice received thousands of complaints last year alone — all related to foreclosure scams, mortgage fraud, and mortgage servicing scams," said Harris. "2.2 million Californians owe more than their home is worth. Their distress and vulnerability is a very rich opportunity for predators."
Harris described the Mortgage Fraud Strike Force as a crack division in the state DOJ, "designed to protect innocent homeowners and to bring to justice those who would defraud them. "As California's real estate boom set a trend for the rest of the nation, so too will our policing of its dark side," Harris continued. Harris initially assigned 25 DOJ lawyers and investigators to the Mortgage Fraud Strike Force, which had had a clear mandate to aggressively stamp out foreclosure fraud, and an annual budget of $2.45 million in fiscal year 2011-12, and $2.63 million in 2012-13, according to public records. And yet three years after the establishment of the Mortgage Fraud Strike Force, Harris' office has prosecuted only ten cases of foreclosure consultant fraud. Despite the fact that California was the hardest hit state by foreclosure rescue scams, and that it is the home base for more scam artists than any other state, Harris' strike force has prosecuted fewer foreclosure consultant fraud cases than attorneys general in numerous other states. Moreover, as Harris' office has failed to act, attorneys general in other states have turned their sights on California, targeting rip-off artists who are based here and have scammed homeowners elsewhere in the country.

In 1864, in his encyclical Quanta Cura, Pius IX condemned to hell "those who assert liberty of conscience and of religious worship."v The United States of America's founding principles were obviously a serious threat to Rome, and not to be tolerated. Many saw Rome making silent subtle advances into America's inner workings through Rome's secret police, the Jesuits.
As the years progressed, through the subtlety of these enemies and America's diminished faithfulness to its Protestant roots, the nation was slowly changed and infiltrated. It no longer resembles the lofty ideal it once stood for.
