Here's how I will burn down all the houses in your block. Every last one of them.

I need a tool for crimping on smart meter seals, a bag of new seals to install, a cutter to remove the existing seals, and a bag of shaped thermite blocks to fit inside the smart meter with fuses installed that can be lit by shorting across the 120 VAC and a simply timer circuit that will work off 120VAC.

By the time the first house smells the smoke, the last few houses are igniting. The panic and decision on what to do, and what to take, is long enough that all houses will be on fire with flames inside and leaping up the outside of the wall. Some people might possibly notice that two or three houses are burning near where the meters are, but most normies do not notice stuff like that. With fire inside and outside cause by the thermite burn igniting the interior of the wall, whichever side they try to fight, it will allow the other side to overwhelm the building.
