On January 10, 2023, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin rescinded the August 2021 memorandum that made COVID-19 vaccination mandatory for all members of the Armed Forces, including National Guard and Reserve personnel. The rescission was required by Section 525 of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
The rescission memo went further than simply dropping the requirement. It ordered the Military Departments to stop separating anyone solely for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine if they had sought a religious, medical, or administrative accommodation. It also required the removal of adverse actions from the records of those service members, including letters of reprimand tied to denied exemption requests.
COVID-19 vaccination is now voluntary for active duty personnel and new recruits. The DoD still encourages it but cannot require it as a condition of service.

And here is another hard truth. These Democrats knew the vaccines were toxic because of Obama and Fauci in Wuhan. Wuhan = R&D, Ukraine = Production. When Bill Deblasio, aka Wilhelm Warren Jr - a Nazi, created no cash bail to let criminals out the next day, including his own daughter, and it went viral across the country, he got a brilliant idea. He, mandated all NYC cops to get the vaccines in order to keep their jobs, hoping that that too would go viral, and cause all our cops to be injected and die of a turbo cancer, just like the did with the 911 responders who wanted to collect from the worker's compensation fund; who all died of the same turbo cancers. The cops that were blaring their sirens for killer dancing covid ventilator sedation nurses, were then considered as Rothschild would say: "Stupid worthless pawns". If that went viral, it would have made it that much easier for the CCP takeover. I told them to use their PBA lawyers to fight mandates as personal choice and not laws, and they won, thus saving their lives. Trust me, it was a choice of two lesser of evils and had to be done. This is not a game, although our side plays games while the enemy moves in one direction, and that is towards the kill. Wise up and end them now!!!
