I have continued to point out that Chad Mizelle was Rod Rosenstein’s chief legal counsel during the first term of President Trump. As Rosenstein’s legal counsel,== it was Chad Mizelle who literally wrote the “scope memos” that authorized the appointment of Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate President Trump.

Mizelle also wrote the expanded scope memos for Mueller and Andrew Weissmann== that permitted the targeting of Michael Flynn Jr, Michael Flynn, George Papadopolous, Paul Manafort and more. Chad Mizelle would have intimate knowledge of Rosenstein’s intent to hire Robert Mueller, before, during and after the Special Counsel was appointed.

Because of everything above, Chad Mizelle was always looked at with strong suspicion. There is no way to intellectually reconcile Chad Mizelle as a good faith actor knowing the intents and purposes of Robert Mueller. It just didn’t make sense.

Subsequently, when Chad Mizelle was selected to guide Attorney General Pam Bondi through the nomination

process as Attorney General we watched with concern. After the successful confirmation, Mizelle then took up position as AG Pam Bondi’s Chief of Staff.

On September 20th, President Trump sent a seemingly frustratedTruth Social message, outwardly questioning the slow to non-existent reality that Main Justice was not holding the bad actors within the Lawfare operation accountable.

Three days later, it is now reported that Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle is departing Main Justice.

WASHINGTON – Chad Mizelle will leave as chief of staff at the Department of Justice in the next few weeks to return to his family in Tampa, Axios has learned.

All of that may be true.However, it is also true that without Chad Mizelle there would never have been a Robert Mueller investigation and expanded scope memos for Andrew Weissmann.

=Ukraine's sea drones 'paralyze' Russian Black Sea oil hubs, HUR source says

Ukraine's military intelligence (HUR) struck Russia's oil terminals in Tuapse and Novorossiysk with naval drones on Sept. 24, "paralyzing" major export operations on the Black Sea coast, a source in the agency told the Kyiv Independent on Sept. 25.

The source said drones targeted key logistics hubs, including Transneft's state-controlled oil loading complex and the Caspian Pipeline Consortium terminal in Novorossiysk, both central to Russia's crude oil exports, including shipments through its so-called "shadow fleet."

"Naval drones targeted key logistics facilities belonging to the aggressor state on the Black Sea coast," the source said.

"Together, the facilities have an export capacity of 2 million barrels of crude per day." The Caspian Pipeline Consortium confirmed that its Novorossiysk office was damaged in the strike.

The consortium, a joint venture of Russian, Kazakh, and international companies, operates a pipeline carrying oil from Kazakhstan's western fields to Novorossiysk's sea terminal.

In Tuapse, another port city on Russia's Black Sea coast, Ukrainian drones blew up the oil loading pier at one of Russia's largest terminals, according to the HUR source.

The source said the attack exposed "the incompetence of the Russian forces protecting Black Sea ports," with chaotic air defense fire damaging homes, cars, and causing civilian panic.

Russian authorities reported two deaths and six injuries in Novorossiysk, with a local hotel about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the port and at least five nearby buildings damaged.

Novorossiysk, situated roughly 400 kilometers (250 miles) from Ukrainian-controlled territory, has become a crucial base for the Russian Black Sea Fleet after Kyiv's strikes on occupied Crimea.

Tuapse, located in Krasnodar Krai, is another vital hub for Russian oil exports, with terminals and infrastructure critical to the country's energy logistics.

When the $650,000 in donations to the IPI from Jeffery Epstein was exposed in 2019, Kevin Rudd made no public statement for a year, until the IPI CEO Terje Rød-Larsen was exposed owing Jeffrey Epstein $130,000 for some unknown reason.

Kevin Rudd’s reputation was trashed when he did finally front the media, as he ducked and weaved in media interviews. As you will see below Rudd’s big mistake was to blame Rupert Murdoch and News Corp when Murdoch had nothing to do with the story.

Kevin Rudd, with nowhere to turn to in Australia’s old media, paid YouTuber Jordan Shanks, aka Friendlyjordies, to run several interviews with Rudd to try to rehabilitate Rudd’s reputation, and at least in part, to also cover-up the Epstein connection.

Make no mistake, the story about Kevin Rudd and his connection to Jeffery Epstein via the International Peace Institute (IPI) had nothing to do with Rupert Murdoch, News Corp, Fairfax or any other Australian media which Kevin Rudd and his sugar baby Jordan Shanks, aka YouTuber Friendlyjordies, have tried to blame to deflect from the truth.

So, how the story broke is important to show how Kevin Rudd and Jordan Shanks are lying and the fact that they are lying raises more questions

As per below, the story of Epstein’s donations broke in 2019 but Rudd didn’t say anything publicly until a year later in October 2020 when a suspect Epstein loan to Rød-Larsen was exposed.

On the 19th of November 2019 the story was broken by Dagens Næringsliv (The Norwegian Business Daily (DN)), Norway’s largest and most influential business newspaper, in an article titled “Terje Rød-Larsen’s think tank received millions from sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s foundation”.

The Dagens Næringsliv was investigating Terje Rød-Larsen, who is a Norwegian diplomat and politician, who at the time was the President and CEO of the International Peace Institute (IPI) and Kevin Rudd was caught up in newspaper’s investigation because he was the Chairman.

On the 14th of October 2020 Dagens Næringsliv published another article titled, “Norwegian newspaper DN reveals: Diplomat Terje Rød-Larsen owed Jeffrey Epstein $130,000” which starts off:

Major Russian chemical plant reportedly halts operations after Ukrainian drone attack

Ukrainian drones struck a chemical plant in Russia's Krasnodar Krai overnight on Sept. 25, sparking a fire and forcing an evacuation, Russian independent media outlet Astra reported.

Regional officials confirmed that debris from the attack ignited a blaze covering 50 square meters (540 square feet) and that roughly 140 employees were moved to a protective shelter.

Authorities did not name the facility, but Astra identified it as EuroChem-Belorechensk Fertilizers, one of the largest fertilizer producers in southern Russia.

EuroChem-Belorechensk specializes in nitrogen and complex fertilizers but also produces phosphorus-based products and sulfuric acid, a key component in ammunition manufacturing.

According to unnamed sources cited by Astra, the facility halted its operations after the drone attack.

Reuters previously reported that five Russian chemical companies, including EuroChem, supplied over 75% of the chemicals used in the country's explosives and gunpowder factories since the start of the war

While the European Union and the United Kingdom sanctioned EuroChem's founder, Andrey Melnichenko, in 2022, the company itself has not been directly targeted.

EuroChem remains central to Russia's agricultural and industrial sectors.

Russia's Defense Ministry claimed it intercepted 55 Ukrainian drones over Rostov Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, occupied Crimea, and over the waters of the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.

Krasnodar Krai, located just across the Kerch Strait from occupied Crimea, has become a frequent target of Ukrainian drone strikes due to its role in supporting Russia's war effort.

The attack came one day after Ukraine struck the Russian port city of Novorossiysk, damaging the local office of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, which operates a major export oil pipeline.

Italy, Spain deploy warships to protect Gaza aid flotilla after drone attack

ROME: Italy and Spain have sent naval vessels to protect an international flotilla delivering aid to Gaza after it came under drone attack, in an unprecedented move that risks escalating tensions with Israel, which opposes the initiative.

The Global Sumud Flotilla, made up of around 50 civilian boats carrying lawyers, parliamentarians and activists including Swedish climate campaigner Greta Thunberg, is seeking to break Israel’s naval blockade.

Italy’s defence ministry said a frigate dispatched on Wednesday, hours after the flotilla was targeted en route to Gaza, would be replaced by another vessel. Defence Minister Guido Crosetto told parliament the mission aimed to protect lives.

“It is not an act of war, it is not a provocation: it is an act of humanity, which is a duty of a state towards its citizens,” Crosetto said.

FLOTILLA REJECTS CYPRUS COMPROMISE

The Italian foreign ministry said Belgium, France and other European nations had asked Italy to help their citizens on the flotilla if needed.

Italy proposed that aid supplies could be dropped in Cyprus and handed to the Catholic Church’s Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem for distribution in Gaza, a plan Israel supported. But the flotilla rejected the compromise on Thursday.

“Our mission stays true to its original goal of breaking Israel’s illegal siege and delivering humanitarian aid to the besieged population of Gaza,” the Italian group said.

The Latin Patriarchate declined to comment on reports it was in discussions. Spain said on Thursday it was sending a warship to assist the flotilla, joining Italy in an unprecedented deployment by European governments.

ISRAEL QUESTIONS MOTIVES

Previous attempts to breach the Gaza blockade have been stopped by force. In 2010, Israeli commandos killed 10 Turkish activists aboard the Mavi Marmara aid ship.

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, a strong ally of Israel, said no use of force was expected from Italy’s navy, calling the flotilla “gratuitous, dangerous and irresponsible”.

The flotilla has accused Israel of carrying out the drone attack, in which stun grenades and itching powder were dropped on boats off the Greek island of Gavdos.

Israel did not address the accusation directly but said aid could be delivered via nearby ports. Foreign Minister Gideon Saar wrote on X that rejecting the Cyprus option showed the flotilla’s “real purpose is provocation and serving Hamas”.

“Israel will not allow vessels to enter an active combat zone and will not allow the breach of a lawful naval blockade,” he said.

TENSIONS RISE AT SEA

The flotilla said its vessels were sailing slowly in Greek waters and had faced “moderate drone activity” overnight, adding that some activists had chosen to disembark.

“It is clear that tensions are rising, and with them, risks are also rising,” said Annalisa Corrado, an EU lawmaker from Italy’s opposition Democratic Party aboard one of the boats.

Israel’s nearly two-year-old war on Gaza was launched after the Oct 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks in which about 1,200 people were killed and 251 taken hostage, according to Israeli tallies.

Since then, Gaza health authorities say more than 65,000 Palestinians have been killed, with widespread famine, destruction and mass displacement.

The Israeli Air Force over the past 24 hours attacked more than 170 terrorist targets across the Gaza Strip, including weapons storage facilities, the military said on Thursday.

In Gaza City, IDF troops dismantled military infrastructure, including positions used to launch ambushes against Israeli forces.

Soldiers also killed a terrorist carrying an explosive device who attempted to carry out an attack.

Microsoft cuts IDF access to cloud system over surveillance program, report says

Microsoft has revoked access to some of its cloud and artificial intelligence services used by the IDF’s Unit 8200 after an internal review found violations of the company’s terms of service, the Guardian reported Thursday.

According to the report, the decision came after revelations that Unit 8200, the IDF’s elite signals intelligence unit, had stored vast amounts of intercepted Palestinian phone calls in Microsoft’s Azure cloud platform.

The surveillance program, which sources inside the unit described with the phrase “a million calls an hour,” allowed intelligence officers to collect, replay and analyze conversations from Gaza and the West Bank.

The Guardian, in a joint investigation with +972 Magazine and Local Call, revealed last month that Microsoft and Unit 8200 began collaborating on the project after a 2021 meeting between CEO Satya Nadella and then-commander Yossi Sariel.

The report said that up to 8,000 terabytes of data had been stored at a Microsoft data center in the Netherlands before being hastily moved after publication.

Sources said the data may now be shifting to Amazon Web Services, though neither the IDF nor Amazon responded to requests for comment.

Microsoft President Brad Smith confirmed to staff in an internal email seen by the Guardian that the company had “ceased and disabled a set of services to a unit within the Israel ministry of defense.”

He added, “We do not provide technology to facilitate mass surveillance of civilians. We have applied this principle in every country around the world.”

The Guardian reported that this is the first known case of a U.S. tech company halting services to the Israeli military since the war in Gaza began.

The decision follows protests at Microsoft’s headquarters in the U.S. and Europe, led by a worker campaign called “No Azure for Apartheid.”

The revelations come as Israel faces scrutiny at the United Nations, where a commission of inquiry recently accused it of committing genocide in Gaza — a charge Israel strongly denies.

The Guardian investigation claimed the surveillance system had also been used to help prepare airstrikes during the war, which has killed tens of thousands of Palestinians.

While the suspension affects some cloud and AI services, Microsoft continues to maintain a broader commercial relationship with the IDF.

Still, the move has raised questions inside Israel about the reliance on foreign tech companies to host sensitive military data abroad.

The Israeli Navy is ready to intercept an activist mission sailing dozens of boats to Gaza to challenge Israel’s blockade of the Strip, IDF Spokesman Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin says in a press conference.

“We are following this flotilla; we have experience from the past, but this one is different, with dozens of vessels,” Defrin says in response to a question.

He says the Navy is “ready to defend Israel’s borders at sea. We are prepared, and the Navy is prepared.”

“This flotilla, we know to say, is planned and funded by Hamas, by Hamas representatives in Europe; we have clear evidence of this,” Defrin claims.

He says that those who want to help Palestinians in Gaza can do so through the organized aid routes used by various nations and international groups.

Danish officials believe drone flyovers at 4 airports are meant to sow fear and division

COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — Drones flew over four Danish airports overnight Wednesday into Thursday, the latest instance of unexplained drone activity that has raised concerns about security in northern Europe amid growing Russian aggression.

Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen called the incidents a “hybrid attack” because the flights all occurred within roughly the same timeframe.

It was not immediately clear who was behind the incidents, but Lund Poulsen said that it appeared a “professional actor” was behind the “systematic” flights.

He did not provide more details during a news conference Thursday. Authorities said there was no danger to the public.

The goal of the flyovers was to sow fear and division, Danish Minister of Justice Peter Hummelgaard said Thursday, adding that the country will seek additional ways to neutralize drones, including proposing legislation to allow infrastructure owners to shoot them down.

Flights were halted for several hours at Aalborg Airport in northern Denmark, which also serves as a military base. Drone sightings began shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday and ended just before 1 a.m. Thursday.

Three airports in Esbjerg, Sønderborg and Skrydstrup also were impacted. Skrydstrup is an air base that is home to some of the Danish military’s fighter jets.

The drones appeared to be flying around the airports with their lights turned on but authorities decided against attempting to shoot down the drones, police said. Additional details were not immediately available.

The latest drone activity came just days after a similar incident at Copenhagen Airport, conducted by what police call a “capable actor.”

The Copenhagen drones grounded flights in the Danish capital for hours Monday night, prompting concerns that Russia could be behind the flyover above Scandinavia’s largest airport.

While it wasn’t immediately clear who was behind the flyover, Denmark’s prime minister and NATO’s secretary-general said that Russian involvement couldn’t be ruled out.

Denmark, already on edge because of its proximity to Russia, will join a group of neighboring countries Friday to discuss the European Union’s plans for a “drone wall.”

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen called the Copenhagen incident “the most serious attack on Danish critical infrastructure to date.”

Russia’s Embassy in Denmark on Thursday rejected claims of Russia’s involvement in the drone incidents.

“It is evident that the incidents involving reported disruptions at Danish airports are a staged provocation,” it said in a statement.

“Undoubtedly, they will be used as a pretext for further escalating tension in the interests of forces seeking by all means to prolong the Ukrainian conflict and extend it to other countries.

The Russian side firmly rejects the absurd speculations of involvement in the incidents.”

It was not immediately clear whether the Copenhagen flyover was related to the latest incidents. Frederiksen said Thursday she was in contact with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte.

“We agreed that NATO would work with Denmark on what we can do together to ensure safety and security,” she wrote on the social platform X. Security concerns in northern Europe are heightened following growing Russian aggression.

On Tuesday, NATO warned Russia that it would use all means to defend against any further breaches of its airspace after the downing earlier this month of Russian drones over Poland and Estonia’s report of an intrusion of Russian fighter jets last week.

Speaking before the latest drone sightings in Denmark, French President Emmanuel Macron argued that NATO nations would have to react “more strongly” to Russian incursions. He didn’t detail the potential response.

“We cannot allow the idea to take root that Poland, Estonia, Romania are in a weak situation because the next step would be Germany and then us,” Macron said in an interview with broadcasters France 24 and RFI.

Denmark said Thursday that drone incursions that briefly shut two of its airports and affected military installations overnight were hybrid attacks intended to spread fear, but that officials did not know who was behind them.

The incidents are just the latest in a series of drone incursions over the past few weeks — including one two days ago in Denmark — that have exposed the vulnerability of European airspace and the challenges governments face in countering them.

Danish authorities said Thursday they decided not to take down any of the drones in its airspace for safety reasons, despite the disruption caused to air traffic.

Billund airport, Denmark's second largest, was closed for an hour, and Aalborg airport, used for commercial and military flights, was closed for three hours due to the drone incursions late Wednesday, Danish police said.

Both had reopened by Thursday morning.

Drones were also observed overnight near airports in Esbjerg and Sonderborg, as well as Skrydstrup airbase, home to some of Denmark's F-16 and F-35 fighter jets, and over a military facility in Holstebro, police told Reuters.

All affected locations are on the Jutland peninsula in western Denmark.

"It certainly does not look like a coincidence. It looks systematic. This is what I would define as a hybrid attack," Danish Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen told reporters, adding that the country was facing no direct military threat.

Local resident Morten Skov told Reuters he saw green blinking lights coming from west of Aalborg airport, which "stood still right over" the facility.

In a video shared with Reuters by Skov, light is seen moving away from the airport toward the west.

Danish national police said the drones had followed a similar pattern to those that halted flights at Copenhagen airport late on Monday and early Tuesday.

Russia denies involvement

The latest drone incursions in Denmark come just a week after Copenhagen said it would acquire long-range precision weapons to counter the threat posed to Europe by Russia, in what Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said was a "paradigm shift in Danish defence policy."

Denmark's recent initiatives to boost its military spending have drawn sharp criticism from Russia, including plans to host Ukrainian missile fuel production near the Skrydstrup airbase.

Frederiksen described the incident at Copenhagen airport as the most serious "attack" yet on Denmark's critical infrastructure and linked it to a series of suspected Russian drone incursions and other disruptions across Europe, without giving evidence.

Russia's ambassador to Denmark, Vladimir Barbin, denied any involvement by his country in the Copenhagen incident. Russia has not commented on the latest drone incidents over Jutland.

Poulsen said the government had not yet decided whether it would request consultations under NATO's Article 4.

Under that article of the military alliance's founding treaty, members can bring any issue of concern, especially related to security, for discussion, allowing more time to determine what steps to take.

Poland invoked Article 4 earlier this month after downing Russian drones over its territory, in what Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said was a "large-scale provocation" by Russia.

Moscow said it had not planned to hit any targets in Poland while conducting drone attacks on nearby western Ukraine.

When asked by a reporter on Tuesday at the United Nations whether he thinks NATO members should shoot down Russian aircraft that enter alliance airspace, U.S. President Donald Trump responded, "Yes, I do."

Norway police seize drone flying by Oslo airport

Norwegian authorities seized a drone operated by a foreigner near Oslo"s airport, a prosecutor with Norway"s police said Thursday, Report informs via AFP.

The police arrested a man in his 50s for flying his drone in a restricted area, though it did not disrupt air traffic, said Lisa Mari Lokke, head of prosecutions at Norway"s eastern police district.

He was not arrested but will be questioned by police, she added while declining to specify the man"s nationality.

The arrest comes after drones flew around Oslo"s airport on Monday night, which caused the airport to close for several hours.

Neighboring country Denmark has experienced several drone incursions this week too. Though investigations have not concluded who was behind those incursions, the authorities have said that only a "capable actor" could have carried out the flyovers.

Tomorrow, countries on the EU and NATO eastern flank will discuss with Defence Commissioner Andrius Kubilius future drone defences. Denmark has also been invited to that meeting.

A NUMBER of drones have been spotted flying over a French military airbase.

It comes just hours after four Danish airports were forced to shut down after the devices buzzed overhead.

The drones were spotted over a military base in Marne, north eastern France, on Sunday evening.

Security measures have been put in place after the "exceptional" event above the Mourmelon-le-Grand base, authorities said.

The small devices were not "piloted by military personnel" and there is currently no evidence to suggest this could be foreign interference, they added.

Last year, Ukrainian personnel received training on the base - known as the Champagne task force.

It comes just a day after Aalborg Airport in Denmark was closed indefinitely after drones were spotted circling above.

Martin Svendsen, sales and marketing director at the airport, at the time said: "It is correct that the airspace is closed because drones have been observed.

"I can confirm that the police are present." North Jutland Police posted on X: "Drones have been observed near Aalborg Airport and the airspace is closed. "The police are present and investigating further."

At least three flights were diverted — two back to Copenhagen and one from Amsterdam rerouted to Billund — after the sudden lockdown.

It is not yet known how many drones there are or where they came from.

Aalborg sits in northern Denmark’s Jutland region and ranks as the country’s fourth-biggest city by population.

Danish authorities said they reached out to Nato and considered triggering Article 4. This is a clause in Nato's founding treaty which states all allies must come together when the security or territory of one is threatened.

Peter Hummelgaard, Denmark's justice minister, said the country was facing "hybrid threats" which are "here to stay".

He said authorities are working around the clock to find out who launched the drones and why they were sent out.

When asked about Russian involvement, Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen today said there is no evidence yet that Russia is behind the drone incursions.

He said that the drones were launched "locally" by a "professional actor" - though he added that this different from previous incidents.

The defence chief said: "There can be no doubt that everything points to this being the work of a professional actor when we are talking about such a systematic operation in so many locations at virtually the same time.

"This is what I would define as a hybrid attack using different types of drones."
